Homebase - Cambridge Avis 

Managed to find some reduced price plants which I'd always tempting. Staff v polite and helpful. A good day.

I came to Homebase Cambridge to get some paint made up. I had the tiniest sample but Zayne was excellent and helped me get what looks like a perfect match. This was, I thought, going to be a nightmare but it was simple. Thanks

Really helpful staff member found everything for me, carried the big stuff to checkout and offered to carry to car too.

We popped in late on a Sunday but the staff, in particular Jamie, was amazing and helped us get around. Normally, staff is annoyed in such a situation. But not here. Many thanks!!

Ordered online. Went down to collect, to be told’ sorry we haven’t one, we are out of stock.
Since then gone from bad to worse.
After waiting in for two separate delivery days / no notification.
Wrong size delivered.
Still trying to sort out.
