Dealt with quickly and efficiently with a smile too .

Your customer service lady was rude . I was then handed a very dusty item that I had paid for. I had to rub the dust off before leaving the store to ensure the item was not damaged. There was no box

Staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive

I got up a 6.00am in anticipation of a delivery which could arrive any time between 7.00am and 7.00pm. As I hadnt recieved any prior delivery time notification, I had to be up early. As it turned out, I didnt get any call or notification until 6.30pm with the driver saying they were just starting loading my order in Rochester. Eventually arrived at 7.30pm. The driver advised me he had a delivery time advised for 7.30pm anyway. Not exactly the service expected, and clearly not the drivers fault.

This is my local store and despite the team being few and far, they're always helpful and friendly

So I wanted two pilows. Check internet stock 8.

Went there .They have none.Everybody pleasant. Manager gave explanation about stock problems.

Brought online click and collect, went to collect and so easy perfect no problem’s

Website stated opened half hour earlier on a Sunday for click and collect. Someone saw me at the door but didn’t bother opening them. Stood outside for half hour. Just lazy. Came into store for 2 minutes and then out. Don’t advertise you open earlier when you don’t. Wasted half hour of my time, cheers

I recently visited the store to buy a couple of things and in the end after speaking to a really helpful member staff called Paige I bought a garden settee (Alexandria). Paige took care of the order and arranged for someone to help me with it to the car. Excellent customer service which is why I use my local Homebase.

I went to Chatham branch to look at some stones for my garden and decided to purchase 8 bags. Ailsa was very helpful, she found a trolley and loaded up the bags of stones for me and took me straight to the checkout to pay. She then called Michael to take the trolley to my car, where he unloaded the 8 bags of stones. I found these 2 staff very helpful and nothing was too much bother for them, thank you both.

Ordered some garden furniture online and delivery not offered. So I went to Chatham to collect. Of course the box was too large to fit into my car (I have a small SUV). Luckily the young guy in store helped me to remove everything from the box and I managed to squeeze it in, but it wasn't ideal. Friendly helpful staff but poor that I had the stress of getting it in my car to drive away. Furniture appears good quality but yet to assemble it.
