The staff member that assisted me (lynda) was extremely polite and informative and was able to help with my query. I also felt the garden centre was looking particularly colourful and full and a credit to the store. Made my experience in the store all the better with good choice, clean and tidy and friendly staff.

Great store at Christchurch
There's a really lovely lady who works evenings at the Christchurch branch and she's always so polite and unbelievably helpful.
I generally don't go in this store in the day but in the evenings it's really relaxed. The staff are wonderful and super helpful
Great choice of products and every time I have used the click and collect my order has been ready.
I really enjoy using the Christchurch store.

Excellent service at Homebase Christchurch.
Maddie is a real credit to the store. She came after me when I left an item in store, but I had already left the car park. When I later went back to return something she remembered me and gave me my left item.
