Homebase - Sheffield Drakehouse Avis 

The person asked to help lift my purchases into the car complained that “I am not dressed properly to do this. The women should have to carry stuff too not just us men”
He was very grumpy about it which isn’t my fault frankly. I have to say, in the past, the staff have been very helpful.
Also I discovered two items were missing from my order when I returned home so I will have to go back for them.

Made my order then got quick delivery and the item was well packaged

From ordering online to picking up was little over an hour. Fabulous service!

Was greeted by a lovely lady. Very helpful with another issue I had. A true customer server

Went in for an advertised Bosch Strimmer
One on display and big offer ticket on the product hung up
None in stock …!!!!!! Bank Holiday weekend and out of stock -I was astounded
We were advised we couldn’t buy display model I had no problem with that
My problem was the assistant said he wouldn’t take it off display so everyone coming in for the offer strimmer would have to find assistant to check non in stock -he wouldn’t even put an out of stock sign on the product to save people wasting there time
Made no sense don’t think I’ll go to Homebase again they can be relied upon to have goods in stock

The down side went in store to purchase the paint asked assistant as there was none on the shelf was told I could order it in store didn’t bother and ordered it on line to pick up from the same store and it was showing there was 4 in stock but it wasn’t on the shelf on the positive ordering on line and next day pick up went smoothly

Easy to order part order got delivered to the house and 2 tins I collected from store.

The order was wasy to place. My order ready ready to collect within the hour.
They took my garden furniture to my car and managed to get it in the boot for me.

Very easy collection service

Staff where very attentive sorted all for me. And the collection was easy and very helpful took the large box to the car for me big thank you.

Quick to respond and click and collect swift also.
However four rubber feet missing from one of trestle tables.Rang going to collect the feet from store on Monday 12 th August

Click n collected wasn't waiting long at all for it to be brought out of the warehouse. Staff very friendly and helpful

False advertising ordered the product going by the picture and illustration which includes base etc only to be told base is separate once bought asked at counter for a base to be told none in stock not very helpful at all

Fantastic service! Items ready and Tony took them to my car. I was very grateful for his help as it was a swelteringly hot day. Thank you to all involved but especially Tony!

I had bought a really poor lawnmower (Sovereign cordless) and returned it to the shop even though I had lost the receipt. The staff at Drakehouse Sheffield were fantastic and took it back no questions asked. Superb customer service! I have purchased a replacement at the same store
