This item is very practical and more than satisfactory for my needs. Although it’s plastic looks very good quality and was delivered swiftly on the date stated.

Purchased 2 supposedly RED tree peonies, and nurtured them for 3 seasons. Tree peonies take several years to bloom and on their fourth season ( granted earlier than expected) they are Cerise Pink! As I have 3 others in my garden of different colours one being Pink I didn’t want another. When you purchase something you expect it to be as discribed.

Boxes of tiles were partially open and one was missing a side containing details such as the batch number. We asked if they were from the same batch and the lady we collected from said yes. On opening at home we found that one box was different colour, white instead of grey. Two tiles were broken. We had to return to the store to rectify and we now have the same colour but we don't know if they from the same batch.

The Homebase staff ( Claire & Samantha ??@Drakehouse) went over and above to make sure I was able to buy some lovely cube units and storage boxes. Could have been an entirely different experience without their help and advice. Really pleased with my purchase

Real honest, helpful and friendly staff

Went to collect my order of heavy bags of topsoil and bark today and it was waiting on a trolley for me. What makes the service exceptional is that the assistant on click and collect asked me to wait just a minute whilst she got someone to take it to my car for me and to unload it into my boot. As an older lady I felt this was very kind of them, and much appreciated.

I bought two large garden boxes and the courier carried both one at a time and put them in my garden. It was a excellent service and I shall be using homebase again. Thank you so much for all your effort .
