Homebase - Waltham Cross Avis 

I am an aspiring gardener and went to Homebase to buy some plants. Michelle in the garden Center was very helpful in advising me what plants to choose and giving me expert advice on the care. She even helped me load everything in the car. Thank you Michelle for your help!

There was no waiting. Just went in and within minutes we'd collected our order and left.
We had to be quick because had perishable food in the car on a very hot day.

Michelle made my experience easier..approached me asking if I needed help outside for garden plants , then helped me with outdoor lights and fans ..very helpful member of staff...thankyou

Shelves i wanted were not in store but a batch had been delivered that morning staff went out of there way to get them for me helped me get them in my car. A wonderful experience kind helpful couldn't do enough. So thank you very much Bea & Mario 1st class service.

Very straightforward ordering and collecting process

I had the pleasure of meeting Michelle this morning. She was extremely helpful and so knowledgeable. She was able to answer every question that I had. I will definitely ask for her again when I next visit the Waltham Cross branch

While searching for plants for our garden we chatted to Michelle who was very knowledgeable about the plants we were looking at and recommended a couple, which we bought. A valuable member of staff for Homebase, as she cost us a small fortune, in the end 😁

Today I was a great experience and thanks to the help of Michelle the lady who gave me not only help in choosing the right plants but, also gave me vital plant knowledge on some for next times purchase. The cuprinol delicate pine though was a total different colour to what was advertised on the label so will bring back the unopened cans and change for a darker colour
