Homebase - Waltham Cross Avis 

Lovely staff very attentive and quickly provided our click and collect item.

I was incredibly please with the service I received at Waltham Cross Homebase. My husband and I went in a bit clueless having just purchased our first home together. We needed some help to pick DIY supplies. We were served by the lovely Steve. He was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We cant thank him enough. We would have been really stuck without him. Would highly recommend this store.

I always visit the garden centre and michelle is so knowledgeable and helpful, it makes it a pleasure to shop there. She is so friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Was greeted by a lovely employee called Michelle in the Gardening dept of the store. She asked if I needed help which I gladly needed.
I was in need of Hardy perennial plants for my mums garden and she kindly helped me point out which plants would be suitable as I was a bit clueless.
I would like to thank Michelle as she helped me take the trollies of plants to the checkout, scan them, then after, helped me take them to my car.
All in all, a very painless and pleasant experience.

I walked into the garden section at Homebase Waltham cross with a lost look on my face, a member of staff (Michelle) noticed straight away.
She directed me to the items that I needed and she was very knowledgeable in her field.
Very friendly, polite and helpful.

The operator at the till wasn’t the most polite. I placed my items on the till for her to scan, and she kept gesturing to my basket. I said there’s nothing else in it and handed it to her and she said ‘what did you want to keep it’. I was a young female and clearly the items I had were heavy and awkward sizes to take to my car. She watched me struggle with them trying to carry them and even laughed and joked about me to the customer behind me. I wasn’t pleased and it’s put me off going back. The operator was 200411, a middle aged woman.

I dropped in for a curtain rail and as I was leaving quickly looked at the flowers in the car park. Michelle was outside and let me know that she had just received a delivery of fresh flowers and they had a discount running. She showed me to the back of the garden centre, helped me get a trolley and even helped me with my 2 dogs whilst I picked some of the flowers on offer. I went back 3 days in a row afterwards to get more flowers! She is a great asset to the WX branch :)

Very simple to order, and my items were waiting for me at the store an hour later. Walk in, walk out with my items. Done in a couple of minutes. I was buying slate chips for the garden - the store had them all ready in a trolley that ai could take straight out to the car.

Visited Homebase Waltham cross recently, didnt think it was open with all the building work going but but was outstandingly surprised when w went in very clean tidy!! spoke to BRIANNA, who was exceptional with her customer service, i can honestly say i have NOT HAD HER EXEMPLARY ASSISTANCE FOR YEARS, POLITE, COURTEOUS, HELPFUL, words cannot describe her assistance enough. I am the first to moan when its not right but will also say when it is right, as not enough people do, i have tried over a dozen times to contact Head office so ths lady gets some recognition but can only get through to India who cannot hear me or we get cut off, so spoke to Clive instore who advised me of Trust pilot, hope she gets the recognition this lady deserves.

Michelle was excellent in customer recommend with plants department, she gave great advice on top soil and compost and plant feed. Very helpful and friendly service by Michelle. A great place to recommend to shop. I also find the store colleagues are very friendly and helpful always.

Michelle approached me at the moment when I needed help with choosing the right plants. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to choose what I wanted, with her support, of course! She walked through some discounted products too, which was very helpful. She was amazing!
