I ordered a test kit online and was really impressed with the whole experience. The customer service was excellent, super responsive and helpful every step of the way. The kit arrived quickly, everything was easy to use and clearly explained. Definitely recommend. Great service all around!

UPDATE: Following the publication of my review, the company finally responded to my repeated requests. They acknowledged the communication failures and confirmed that a full refund was being processed. My bank has now confirmed that the funds have been successfully returned to my account.

This shows that the company is willing to correct its mistakes, but only after facing public pressure. The issue has been resolved, but it was a very arduous process that could have been easily avoided with better communication from the outset.I ordered a blood test service on 7th June 2025 (Order ID HD1413) and paid £74.90. After sending my sample, I received no results and no updates.

After several weeks of silence, the company claimed I had not responded to their emails. This was false; I have proof of my replies, sent on 20th and 23rd June, which were ignored.

As the weeks turned into nearly two months, the company then introduced a new and confusing claim about an "unauthorised test" on my form, seemingly as an excuse for the prolonged delay. This was incredibly unprofessional and felt like an attempt to shift blame.

I sent a final ultimatum on 19th July, clearly stating that as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I was entitled to either a timely service or a full refund. I gave them a deadline of 24th July to provide either the results or my money back.

The company has completely failed to respond. They have ignored all my attempts to resolve this and have failed to provide the service I paid for. As a result, I have been forced to initiate a chargeback claim with my bank.

This experience has been a complete waste of time and money. I strongly advise against using this company. Their lack of communication and complete failure to deliver a paid service is unacceptable.

Did urine culture . Came back it was likely contaminated so they couldn’t determine bacteria. I have contacted customer service as I am unsure what to do next but no reply. Other companies I have used in the past send out another bottle to repeat. Waste of £60 and still in pain!

Proactiveness

GP appts being a thing of the past I bought this to obtain a culture (and not just a dipstick test).
I posted it on the 21st and received the email telling me my test results were available on 25th !!
Bit fiddly, but very easy to do with clear instructions;
Results very concise and definitive - would definitely use again!

I was a bit sceptical when I saw this site as I couldn’t see any TrustPilot reviews, so I called the medical company that they are affiliated with and they told me it was genuine. I could not be happier with the service. Fast dispatch and results. Unlike other services I have used, they provided me with a copy of my lab report and the doctor who provided the interpretation was named along with their GMC registration number. All in all, I was impressed and will use again.
