Surveyor was helpful and explained details, the fitters doing the work were pleasant, clean and tidy and worked efficiently.

I would not even give a 1 start to the company!! What an absolute c.. this company is! Before they came to our house it was freezing as we’d just bought it and it needed doing up, we looked into insulation etc. This company pestered us until we agreed they came out to the house and had a discussion with us. And wow what a good sales man they had he came on a Friday night at 5/6pm and didn’t leave until around 9pm (who works on a Friday night at this time doing this job?) sold us the absolute dream he did. We originally got a quote of £8k and we said no sorry we don’t want to pay that, he rang his ‘boss’ multiple times to get the price down all the way to £3k, I’m sorry but how can anybody knock of £5k ? Now we are left with no valuation on our house as no bank will mortgage a house with spray foam insulation. And just to add our beams and roof is now rotting away! I was mind blowing at the £5k drop and feel embarrassed that we actually believed a word the sales man said, but unfortunately we were gullible enough to believe, like most people would in our situation living in a freezing house in the middle of January! I just beg everyone to stay away from this company it’s an absolute joke! And don’t be in the situation we’re now in pay more money to fix there problem!

This is 100% a true review, if I could post photos I would. I have rang you twice to speak to the complaints department but you keep saying we are going to ring you back, which we are still waiting for. If you want to keep going backwards and forwards on this review I don’t mind I have all the proof in the world, it’s your company that is not getting back in touch, so don’t twist it round on me thank you very much. Also if this was a fake review how come many reviews have experienced the same treatment?

We are very happy with the work carried out by home logic they worked quickly, without any disturbance and interruption to our routine,
the work area was left clean and tidy, the guys were also happy to answer any questions we had during and after the work was complete

Was state forward from start until it was completed no mess on time and very helpfull , phoned days later yo see hall was working with both jobs (loft insulation ) and (sola panells ) would use Home Logic again .

Guys were really good, tidying up after the work was completed. Job was done sooner than expected. Very polite

The workmen who came to instal the insulation phoned before arrival, turned up on time were polite didnt hang around and did a very good job. Couldnt have been better, they tidyed up after themselves didnt leave a mess and the bags of rubbish disapeared the next day without my knowing anyone had been to pick it up ten out of ten.

Explained what the job entailed,with photos after the survey, when the installers arrived they explined what was going to happen and took photos aftre completion,also they cleaned everything up.

Our house is warmer and heating rarely goes above 19° now. The house also heats up quicker. Really pleased with the service and the outcome.

Home Logic inspected are loft & gave us recommendations on how we could improve the insulation.
The insulation has improved the heat being kept in our house & was installed quickly & at a fair price.

Very friendly sales rep and the contractors where friendly clean and quick.

Only you should tell people that spray foam could impact on sellability of the house and devalue it as well. It's quite deceiving and withholding vital information.

1st thing we had to have additional floor insulation as floor and roof can not be counted together as told by the person selling us the insulation and now 18 months later, now struggling to get a remortgage as lenders won't do it because we have spray foam insulation. Do your research as been one problem after another.

The foam has really made our home much warmer especially the bedrooms with dormers which had storage spaces The people who did the work were efficient and helpful

They arrived on time; the two operatives were polite & clean & cleared up after them. Therevwas no mess & the old insulation was removed from site within two hours. I would recommend this Company to anyone.

Made one enquiry about loft insulation and they called back, we discussed the options and not suitable.
Followed by another 5 pestering calls in the middle of meetings and any time of day and night, this company is a complete pest, they do not give up.
Avoid them and certainly don’t enquire about anything, they will never leave you alone, no matter how many numbers you block, it will continue….. forever more!!

Bunch of incompetent people who have ruined our loft, cracked the sealing badly in master bedroom and been so cheeky all the time!
The issues actually started after the installation.We fought for 4 Months before all the problems were solved. Thank god we haven't paid them in front!

Whenever you had to assist you didn't, now its too late as I have already written that we spent 4 months solving the issues with you!

YOU KEPT SENDING YOUR WORKERS TO CLEAN THE LOFT ( THE OLD FLOOR INSULATION) WHICH WAS ALREADY REMOVED!
IS THIS OK FOR, 3 TIMES CLEANERS INSTEAD OF SOMEONE WHO CAN REPAIR THE SEALING, IS THAT OK FOR YOU?
AFTER 4 MONTH GOING IN A CIRCLE YOU SENT SOMEONE WHO REPAIRED THE SEALING ( WHICH I COULD DO WAY BETTER) AND DAMAGED NEW INSTALLED FLOOR.

It was 2 years ago! I got over it during the time but you started scamming us with your other panel installation scheme! Just waited to get our deposit refunded and decided to leave well deserved review. My opinion and experience matter and I really hope my review will help other people to stay miles away from your company!!!

Very informative painstaking representative.
Punctual, communicative and polite operators.
My only reservation was the state of the site, the attic in question, which should have been more carefully final-cleaned. The many little metal staples found afterwards on the floor could have caused a lot of damage if walked on.
