Their policy, is that you will only be refunded for shipping. What kind of businesses have a policy like that? Bad business practices, no customer care or concern. I placed my order, I paid for expedited shipping 3-5 days. A few days later, the dress had not arrived so I put in an inquiry about the delivery date as I didn’t see one in my confirmation email. They got back to me & the date they gave me would be too late, so I requested to cancel. A day or so after that is when I received the reply that they will only reimburse shipping, so they think I should keep the dress. So, now, I have a dress on the way but it won’t be here when needed, so, I guess I’ll donate it. 🤷🏻♀️

Great Customer Service!
I was ordering for a special event and it is time-sensitive. I put in the order for the date I needed it for, and I greatly appreciate the customer service that followed, as the rep (Marin), who contacted me said the order would not arrive on time and offered to assist with processing or canceling. I did end up canceling, but I 100% will come back and order again because of her!! Saved me a lot of frustration for sure! Honestly, the time was not very long, but just that they could not expedite in 3 days, which is totally understandable!

Das bestellte Kleid ist zwar sehr schön, aber hatten wir es in einer anderen Größe bestellt und Größe 32 erhalten die viel zu klein ist. Reklamation läuft und Leere, PayPal hilft auch nichts. Retouren nach Amerika sind momentan nicht möglich. Dies war bei der Bestellung nicht ersichtlich!!!!
150€ leider umsonst ausgegeben, Kleid ist für den Müll...

Die Ware kommt aus China, die Rücksendung muss aber nach Texas versandt werden. Retourenaufkleber Fehlanzeige. Hohe Rücksendekosten, Ärger, Zeit und vor allem ZOLL!!! muss der Kunde selbst bei Retouren bezahlen!

Finger weg - Rücksendung so gut wie unmöglich
Ich habe zwei Kleider bestellt. Beide haben nicht gepasst - eines war zu klein - das andere mit der selben Größenangabe viel zu groß. Das zu Große habe ich auf eigene Kosten ändern lassen - beim zu Kleinen hätte die Änderung 150,- Euro gekostet ( Kleid Preis 170.-) und deswegen wollte ich es zurücksenden. Das Unternehmen hat zwar immer geantwortet, aber versucht alles damit man nicht zurückschickt sondern eine Teilrückerstattung, in dem Fall über 50,- akzeptiert. Ich habe einen email Verkehr von circa 15 Emails. Fakt ist es lohnt sich nicht die bestellte Ware zurück zu senden, da es in die USA gesendet werden muss mit Zoll, Versicherung und Nachverfolgung und dann schreibt die Firma, dass es nur nach Prüfung eine Rückerstattung gibt. Diese wird man höchstwahrscheinlich nie sehen. Also einfach FINGER WEG - nicht bei solch einer Firma bestellen - man hat nur Probleme und Schwierigkeiten

Dress Arrived Weeks Late
I ordered a gold dress from Homrain and paid $37.99 for expedited 3–8 day shipping because I needed it for a specific event. Unfortunately, the dress didn’t arrive in time — it took several weeks to arrive, long after the event had passed. I reached out to Homrain and explained the situation, including proof that the shipping was delayed, but they refused to refund either the dress or the expedited shipping fee.
The dress itself is low quality, which I expected for the price, but my main concern is that I paid extra for a service (expedited shipping) that wasn’t honored. I eventually had to file a dispute with my credit card company for “service not rendered in time,” which was resolved in my favor. I would not recommend ordering from Homrain if you need your item by a specific date.
Response to homrain: No, it did NOT arrive on time. I paid $35 for it to come within a certain time . It took 3 weeks to arrive. In fact, I got an email saying the shipping was late after my event already happened.

Das Kleid passte nicht, also mussten wir warten, bis jemand die Rückgabe genehmigte, und detailliert erklären, warum wir es zurücksenden möchten.Jedes Mal mussten wir auf eine Antwort des Mitarbeiters warten. Dann drängten sie uns anstelle von Rücksendeinformationen wiederholt, ihren Gutschein mitzunehmen, da wir die Kosten für die Rücksendung nach China oder in die USA selbst tragen müssten. Nachdem ich beharrlich wiederholt hatte, dass ich das Kleid zurücksenden wollte, erhielt ich endlich Anweisungen. Alles musste fotografiert werden, eine Sendung mit Sendungsverfolgung in die USA usw. … Ständige Drohungen. Und ich musste Zoll zahlen. Es überrascht mich, dass eine solche Firma in Deutschland verkaufen darf, denn das ist reiner Betrug. Wo ist mein Geld und vor allem die Zeit, die ich mit denen korrespondiert habe? Betrüger.

My daughter purchased a few dresses and the sizes were not correct. When she attempted to return the items, this company refused to abide by their own return policy. They offered partial returns and credit, but no refund. Don't trust them.

Ordered a dress and paid the extra $37.99 for expedited 3-5 day shipping. Ordered online september 18 for an October 4th event. Dress came October 3rd and was very poor quality and was too small for my daughter. Asked to return the dress for a refund (I paid $132.99 for the dress) and they offered me $19 to keep the dress. I declined and then they offered me $39 to keep the dress. Declined again. Finally they said they would escalate my concern to the "escalation department" for a refund. Its been a week and I still don't have any emails nor a return address for sending the dress back

Beautiful dress, terrible return experience
We ordered two dresses for my daughter for homecoming knowing we would need to return one of them. The website states you can make returns but must pay shipping costs. The dresses took weeks longer to arrive than the shipping time stated. They did not arrive in time for her dance. We had to find another option. Homrain has a strange return process. You have to email them and then go through a series of emails where they offer to give you a minimal review or coupons for their website. Terrible return experience that is on going.
The dress quality was very nice and we actually decided to keep one to use next year because it was so beautiful and fully lined.

What I ordered and what I received were 2 different things. The quality is poor. The beaded skirt is all different lengths, the feathers on the dress in the advertisement are full the dress I received looks like someone plucked a chicken. The outfit cannot be worn.
They say they offer 100% satisfaction and have a full refund policy but getting them to refund is awful. The have tried to offer a 1/4 of what I paid. I have been back and forth on multiple emails. This is not acceptable and I would never order from them again or refer some to order from them.

The dress I bought for my daughter’s…
The dress I bought for my daughter’s formal took weeks to arrive after paying a $26 shipping fee for which said it would arrive in 6-10 days. Once it finally arrived, it was the wrong color and not enough timing for her dance date by this point to return for the right color. One positive thing was that the “wrong” dress we got was very pretty so we settled for it and it did fit perfectly like a glove. When I inquired about it being the wrong color, They said it was a factory error…On top of that, when time to actually get ready for the dance, the zipper kept getting snagging right where the zipper meets at the fabric change at the waist. It would NOT zip up! Finally we had to take the dress off and got it to zip that way and step into it and pull it up by having her shimmy and pull to the death of us to get it on! Of course this caused a tear at the very bottom of the zipper area and luckily we could sew it together while she was wearing it. Going through all of this and panicking by that point late to the dance! We did get a refund but it was nearly $50 less than what we paid for. Do not use this site! Big headache ! Edit: once they read my review, they offered an extra $10 or a $15 coupon and actually asked me to take my review down! What kind of company would ask that of an unhappy customer?! That shows the sort of company we’re dealing with… I ignored this and will never correspond with them again…
