Hopkins Homes Avis 

I bought a house on the new Hopkins site in Bramford wish I never bothered four months have gone past and not one single item that was bought up has been dealt with probably. Hopkins will not deal with any issues so I have no choice but to go to NHBC absolute disgusting level of service.

Our experience certainly mirrors that of Julie Nicholls and Joe Ball. Poor quality and promises not kept, beginning on the day we took possession of our house. Site changes that nobody knew about in advance. Don't bother trying to contact senior management as they are totally disconnected. We regret ever having anything to do with Hopkins Homes.

The team at Hopkins were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. They were very proactive with a real willingness to assist. I would highly recommend.

I love my new home and the Hopkins team was excellent. My house is well finished and I still haven’t found any snags. The purchase experience was smooth and took 23 days in total as I wasn’t in a chain. Thanks again to the Mill Grove team.

Any company can deliver an A* service when they're trying to get your money. So, you can only review a company when things go wrong and to their credit, seemingly not everyone has this experience however, I did!
On moving in, you're asked to complete a 21 day list (scratch list) and then chased mercilessly for it. I've been in my property for some 18mths and there are items still to be put right. In fact, there are issues that have been made worse by their contractors. I've followed the steps required by Hopkins to get things done, emails have been ignored, promises of updates broken and senior site members trying to pull the wool over my eyes to avoid putting costly mistakes right. The only way I've actually been able to get anything done is by following their published 'Complaints Procedure'.
Hopkins properties aren't cheap, so you'd expect that you'd get exceptional service and an exceptional product. Sadly, in my experience, I've had neither.

Since I’ve moved into my property Hopkins Homes have been amazing! From reservation with the sales team to dealing with site and customer services everyone has been extremely helpful and polite. If we buy again it will definitely be a Hopkins.

Fantastic experience all round in buying a new build home via Hopkins, very friendly and informative sales advice helped me feel confident in making the right purchase for me - with a good level of support along the way.

Using their recommended solicitors (Adept) also made the process very simple which saved me an enormous amount of aggravation compared to friends/family I know who have had a terrible experience with other firms

Very happy with my new home in terms of quality and the experience as a whole, some minor teething issues which are to be expected but have been very quick to resolve

I moved into my new home just before Christmas. I love the development and the my house. So glad I went to Hopkins. Thank you everyone that has helped me during the buying process and following my moving in. Everything was so easy and all the staff have been great.

I am very happy with the service I received from Lauren and Max since purchasing my house at North Walsham in 2019. No issue has been too big or too small to be resolved.

From the day I moved in Hopkins have done everything they can to help. Site and Customer services have gone above and beyond for us and I can t thank them enough!

I had two excellent people, Andy and Neil, attending to deal with the final remedial works after a water leak in our new house. Their work was excellent and they were a pleasure to have in the house. They gave us a card with a printed QR code to organise a review …. In rather familiar HH fashion the QR code campaign has been stopped!! If the left hand knew what the right hand was doing it might give this company a basis to move forward!

Mill Grove Development (Stowmarket)

Positives:
The purchasing experience was smooth, and everything up until completion was easy.

Negatives:
A total of 60 snags, with some major snags that still after 4 months have not been addressed. Continually having to chase the team, and tradespeople are either not showing up, or not completing the work to a satisfactory standard, so we need multiple visits to clear any problems.

We also haven't been given any timeline for when issues are going to be resolved and not informed of when tradespeople will show up.

This is by far the best house builder I’ve bought from…. and guess what I had a serious problem but the after sales team were incredible!!! From the young man I spoke to in the office to the Manager then the two guys that came to my home were polite, professional and very tidy.
I recommended this company highly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jason Hutton, the sales manager has delivered Excellent Customer Service and makes the hall process nice and smooth
I am very happy with the house and the site manager Lucas and Jason really looking after all the residents very well quick response and working very closely to deliver outstanding services.

My experience with Hopkins has been amazing from reservation through to aftercare. The whole process was so smooth and issues were never a problem and was sorted out and fixed promptly. All the staff have been friendly and approachable I would recommend anyone buying a Hopkin Home.

We are so happy in our home built by Hopkins Homes. I would not want to buy a home from any other housing developer. The homes are spacious and well built, the customer service after purchase is beyond fantastic. Every little thing we reported as a snag (there wasn't much!) was fixed immediately and Jack went above and beyond to get things fixed. I would highly rate Hopkins Homes to anyone, they are the best in the business! Thank you for building our dream home!
