Just what I needed!
Great customer care and support by all who I interacted with from tech guy who went that extra step to make sure all my concerns were elevated to the director who welcomed ensured by application was quickly administered.
Would definitely recommend them to anyone who wanted to work with their kit.

Perfect customer service
I was very please with how quickly I received the order after placing it online. I wasn't sure if this item would be sufficient for what I needed it for, after a short call to Hoyles sales team I felt very much at ease that my purchase was correct. The staff member was very educated on the item in question. I am extremely happy and would use again. SUPERSTARS!

UPS Delivery Was Dire
This transaction review is a little unfair on Hoyles themselves as they did all they could very effeciently, but their choice of courier in UPS is utterly dire.
Hoyles shipped the day after ordering and i got notification from UPS that they would deliver the following day from that between 8:30am and 11:30am and required a signature.
I re-arranged work so i was in my home office for the morning delivery.
11:30am came and went and i gave up waiting at 17:00 and just after i popped out for 20 minutes
30 minutes later .. by which time i had returned home, I recived an email from UPS saying they tried to deliver at 17:00 and the business was closed which is rather odd as it was my house and neigbour who was gardening didnt notice a bloody huge brown UPS delivery van in our very small cul-de-sac of 5 houses.
Lets be honest the driver couldnt be bothered to deliver and used the business closure as an excuse.
The parcell got delivered late afternoon the following day which a bizarre conversation whith the driver about whether it was a business delivery or personnel.
I dont have the time or pateince with this nonsense so will use another compnay next time that uses a reliable courier service.
