Unprofessional UPS assistant
The products ordered matched those delivered and that went well.
However, the UPS assistant, Tânia Costa, did not do well to inform me that I could not pay the customs fees in advance, which is not true, and I was very unprofessional in the terms in which she replied to me.
For future orders I will avoid using UPS.
