Even though I bought the unit on-line it was very useful to be able to talk to a technical person first and then a salesperson when I wanted to amend the order

Arrived in good time and a quality item. The range is very much reduced through the walls. Used for linking garage to house to drive a different sounder ended up with the transmitter in the sun house attached to the garage to get them to link. It’s less than 60ft between them

Hello Trevor, thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback, it is very much appreciated. The range of wireless products can be very variable through different building materials, the only guide we can give is in "free air" which unfortunately isn't representative of the environment in a building. Glad to hear that you have it working though. Great surname by the way :)
