I don’t give reviews often because I think people who are consistent reviewers are usually self involved d-bags that are just trying to tear down companies on their worst days.

That being said I was super impressed with Humphries. To order a pair of shoes from a store in England and receive them in the U.S. let alone Kentucky, in 6 days, is pretty impressive. And the fact that they cost me 40 dollars less (including shipping) than they would’ve on Amazon is even more so.

I was incredibly skeptical. But they’re legit. Thank you for such good service.

A lovely independent shop (three branches). I bought Birkenstocks boots from them. They were here in no time and were the way described on their website. I wanted a regular fit and they provide information on the fitting of these shoes. Will definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter on Tuesday and they arrived on the Thursday. Excellent service and fast delivery. My daughter has wide feet and has a G fitting. Humphries Shoes were the only stockist online who had G boots in stock, for the style I was looking for. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend to my friends.

I've never seen this company before so took a bit of a chance ordering from them, but I'm so glad I did. I order 2 pairs of Lelli Kelly's (anyone who has girls knows these shoes are expensive) these guys has them on offer at half price. I ordered on the Monday - they arrived by Wednesday, boxed and lovely as expected.. I was missing a packet of pens from the shoes which really is no big deal but thought I'd ask about them anyway, they emailed me back within 30 mins and I literally received 2 packs of pens the very next day. Amazing customer service, the most polite staff and literally just a great all round service

Excellent service and experience of Humphries Shoes. Ordered Skechers online and delivered within 48 hours as promised, even had a return paid label just in case! Refreshingly customer focussed unlike Sports Direct. Would wholeheartedly recommend using Humphries Shoes based on this experience.

Brilliant service from a lady named "Laura" in the online department. She was professional, helpful, polite and went beyond the call of duty.!!! This shoe company would do well to commend her on her service. If she represents the customer service provided by Humpheriesshoes then they deserve 10 out of 10.

This company has excellent customer service The shoes arrived quickly and although I had to send them back as they didn't fit, they dealt with the return really efficiently, emailed me to tell me that had received them back ( most companies don't seem to bother) and arranged the refund. I would definately use them again. Much better service than from some of the big retailers I have ordered from.

I had attempted multiple times to place an order on the website, but the request timed out each time.
I got in contact with Humphries and ended up placing my order over the phone on a Saturday afternoon.
By the following Tuesday my order arrived in Ireland! I’m very happy with my purchase and even more so with the great customer service I received.

Ordered extra wide sandals and upon arrival it was clear the sandals were not even of a usual standard width. The company initially shouldered the blame onto the makers. End result much wasted time and to rub salt in the wound I initially lost £2.50 on postage before Humphries offered to refund my postage. Have to say I was impressed with their tracking and follow up so well done and thank you for rectifying the position.

I have received excellent service from this Company. They delivered my order very quickly, the shoes were fantastic quality but unfortunately did not fit. I returned the order and received an immediate refund. I cannot recommend this company enough. Many thanks for excellent customer service

My first experience of this company and of buying shoes online. Ordering was relatively straightforward, dispatch time good, and the quality of the shoes very high.
As the shoes were not quite what I was looking for, the return to them was made straightforward and handled with no quibbles and repayment made quickly.
