Sketcher shoes were easy to locate on the website and purchase using my Amazon credentials. Package arrived within a few days after receiving email notifications. All round, excellent service.

I like Charles Clinkard shoes but unfortunately they closed our nearest shop in Meadowhall. So I had to buy my last pair of Loakes from them online. They honoured their price match promise an the lady I dealt with on line was professional, helpful and friendly. The boots arrived yesterday and were perfect. Delivery was free of charge and delivered by the ever reliable DPD in under 48 hours from ordering. A great company that I hope survives during these difficult times

I planned to visit the Newbury store to buy last minute school shoes, but it meant a 2 hour car journey and didn’t seem worth it. I called the customer service team to enquire about stock levels at the store before making the trip which was helpful, but they didn’t have all the styles I wanted to try. Instead a placed an online order, chose a few styles in different sizes and paid for express delivery. Items arrived when they said they would and we chose the style we needed and returned the rest. Refund was issued quickly and return process was simple.
Very happy with the service received and would definitely buy again.

Very disappointed with my experience at Charles Clinkard. I took my 22-month-old daughter to have her feet measured and fitted for shoes, but just a day later, after wearing them out, I realised they were too small will promptly need replacing.
I provided photographic evidence, including photos of the removable insole designed to help parents check the fit, but was still told I would need to travel over 35 minutes back to the store for the fitter to assess them before a refund could be considered.
I was also shocked that they suggested the shoes could potentially be resold if, despite being worn by a child, they were deemed “sellable”. I find this very concerning from a hygiene and foot-health perspective.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with the customer service and the company’s values, and I won’t be purchasing from them again.

The item arrived promptly and well packaged , as described on the website. I was kept informed throughout the delivery process , and the items were delivered as promised. My husband was delighted with the sandals , well made and comfortable. Would use again.

We got our daughter fitted for her first shoes today. She was made to feel excited and comfortable. She willingly put out her foot to be measured and was so content (which is rare).
Gillie had so much knowledge about what was in stock and what would be right for our daughter. We were in safe hands.
A much better experience than another (well known) shop we tried recently, who were unsure on what shoe was right in the consultation and had zero stock.
We have a happy little stomper and will be back in a few weeks when she’s grown out of these ones 😂❤️

Served by the most delightful Nana in Milton Keynes City Centre today. Very helpful and friendly advice. A wonderful experience again in this shop. The staff are all so happy and you can tell they are valued.
