babouche slippers
ordered babouche slippers, parcel came promptly and was well packaged.
decided to return as too small, but also leather badly discoloured and not as it appeared on the site, and they smelt bad.
couldn't quickly find returns information on the site, so emailed for advice. no response after a few days so searched again and found returns conditions.
returned on 25th with request for refund of postage as slippers 'faulty'. awaiting response

Hi Marguerite, i am sorry we didn't see your email and you were not happy with the slippers, they are all handmade so slightly different and Babouche slippers do often have a leather smell. It usually takes a week for the returns to be processed so it is within that time frame.

Thank you for your review, I can see from the tracking though that it took 2 days for your delivery from when the order was placed and it was sent with Royal Mail, we don't use Evri for that reason so I wonder if it is another delivery you are confusing it with.

I have received a stool and a quilt, both high quality items, well wrapped and delivered promptly. I will be back for more!
