Definitely my first choice for ski holidays

Seb was very efficient in contacting me to discuss my enquiry, listened to requirements and where there was flexibility to pursue alternative options. He acted diligently to see what was possible to meet my requirements. In a couple of conversations and email exchanges, I booked what I wanted. Sometimes, the websites and pre-canned options don't fit the bill and so really pleased with how Seb/Iglu are willing to solve to win the business. Have used before and won't hesitate to use again!

Friendly, informative and responded quickly when I had questions.

Got a good deal. A slight hiccup on IT which was with a system further down the chain but IGLU kept me informed and processed our data as soon as it was possible. Dec, who was looking after our holiday, was helpful throughout the booking process including dealing with a couple of challenges I threw at him. Overall a great experience through the booking process.

I have used Leo from Iglu Ski for the last couple of years and he was was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with assisting our group find the package that suited us for price, quality and best conditions. I thoroughly recommend him and his company and will use him in years to come

A good chat with Joe at IgluSki, holiday booked successfully and quite straight forward. Only 'downside' was I emailed a query which no one got back to me about. It wasn't a major issue but it would have been nice to get a reply. Once I'd studied the messages however, it was self explanatory.

I always have a good experience booking via Iglu. They provide clear information and options having the expertise to support my needs. On this occasion I was supported by Leo and Paul. Both were excellent and knowledgeable.

Always get a great service and easy to deal with. It’s useful having someone on the phone/email for any queries rather than having to deal direct with the tour company.
