I Need A Mobile™ Avis 

After ordering a s10e which i did not like, i had to pay for delivery fee from post office which cost me £7.50 even tho i was buying another phone from them. I ordered a s10 unlocked and 2 weeks after i recieved the phone i inserted my sim card only to be displayed with a message stating the phone is not compatable with sim card. Unreliable and poor customer service.Stay clear of this second hand mobile site. Stick with backmarket!

I didn’t receive my full order I ordered a phone case to go with my phone and it never came with one so £10 down and I also had to go buy a new one so a further £5. Other then that the phone it’s self is 4 stars it does crash a little now and then

Paid £87-99 for an iPhone 6s in pristine condition only to find the battery will not hold its charge. Not very impressed.

I am delighted with my new Samsung s9 , looks brand new and was well packaged, first time I've used i need a mobile and I will definitely use them again , it arrived on time as stated, what great value for money!!

I ordered an unlocked, very good condition phone. It arrived dirty, when a quick wipe was all it needed. It is also locked to EE which meant I had to pay for it to be unlocked.
Not good this time round when last time it was great.

Phone was supposed to be in Very Good condition. I'd say average condition at best! Multiple visible scratches in the screen, dirty and the glass back is coming away. Will be returning.

WARNING - scammers. Offered me a price. Then get my phone and offered me less than a quarter of the original offer. Must be sharks. I will not use them again and won't recommend.

I initially got an offer of £75 for my phone. Next correspondence said £67. Final price they paid was £50.
No explanation for price decrease.
The phone was in excellent condition, no scratches or signs of wear.

Paid 125 for a refurbished iPhone 7 having read the reviews on here for it to not power up at all!
Followed by a very short customer service comment when I told them the return form wouldn’t load up, with them telling me it’s really easy too do and nobody has ever asked ‘how to do it’ phone going back for a full refund as they tell me after 10 days there is nothing they can do

As others have said, I sent my phone with an offer of £93 and they tried to offer £50 due to 'deep scratches and locked to EE' - absolute nonsense, I bought the phone 4 years ago from a catalogue! I have tried to reject the offer but cannot access any details because I need to login. Sent an email to customer services but not hopeful after reading other reviews.

It is clear that these guys make an offer then revise it after they have get the phone. I rejected the revised offer and got the phone back. The excuse for the revised offer was "deep scratches", which was a joke as it was in near perfect condition. I sold it elsewhere for 40% more than their revised offer.

Efficient, quick and fair. I have sold 2 of my old phones now and been delighted with the service. Money paid straight into my account pronto. Would recommend.

Offered me £63 for Galaxy S7 in perfect condition. I sent it together with the original case and unused charger, lead and headphones. I got an e-mail saying they had reassessed it as worth £38???
I was given an option to accept or refuse this. Being a ridiculous offer i decided to reject it. I clicked on the link the same day only to get a message saying that the phone had already been 'processed'. I contacted Customer Services and was told the phone had been sold and £38 sent to my Bank Account.
Daylight robbery ! Be very careful if you are considering using this company.

Happy with my phone works brilliantly. Arrived quickly great service all round.
