I've has the most horrible experience with instashop whenever I ordered as I've never received the order on time but they over price all items on the app and never got a response from them even after I complaint several times on their app.

If there could be a minus five I would give it. Instashop (Ras al Khaimah) is absolutely horrible. Two nights now I have made an order from Choithams. Last night, I finally called the store after one hour late, only to be told that the driver did not have a car and was on a bike. Instashop could have simply sent another driver. I finally just canceled the order after being told they would could in 15 minutes and 45 more minutes had passed. Thinking it was just a fluke, I reordered this evening. Same scenario. I finally called the store only to get the same story. NO ONE even takes the professional stance to call the customer to let them know that the order is delayed. It is now one hour and this time I am going to wait it out. Customer service is a joke and I don't want Instapoints. I want my order!!!!! UPDATE:a total of three hours and 20 minutes, 3 phone calls to the store, 2 calls to Instashop and canceling the order, it was delivered. All the driver said was "send a complaint"

I used to advocate and advertise instashop application for its customer service, follow up & immediate responses & positive remidial actions. Since Talabat application Co. bought instashop customer service vanished. No response st all to any complaint or action. Just like Talabat mode of operation. What a shame, what a pity. No longer recommended.

I had a frustrating experience with my grocery delivery. The driver dropped off my order at the wrong apartment without even calling me, then insisted that he had delivered it to my door—which was absolutely not true. After checking, they admitted their mistake, but instead of fixing it properly, they expected me to go pick up my groceries from someone else’s apartment. That’s not just inconvenient, it’s embarrassing.
This kind of service is completely unacceptable. When I order groceries, I expect them to be delivered to my door, not someone else’s. A simple phone call and basic attention to detail would have prevented all of this. I hope they take this feedback seriously and fix their delivery process—because no customer should have to go through this.
Worst service ever
They were good before. Now they have become so bad. No one answers calls. No clear contact numbers. 2 days in a row they are deducting money and not delivering my items! More than 1000 dirhams are stolen from us. My money is not refunded yet and my items did not arrive. Worst service ever.

One of the worst businesses ever been created. Massive delays 2 to 3 hours in some instances. And very lousy customer service who obviously doesn't care. Needless to say, I am deleting it.

They used to be company who delivered in time and whose customer service was very professional. Now they delay each time and don’t answer via APP if you text them. In case they call you but you don’t respond they never call back. They could deliver damaged boxes of food and drinks. The alternative food they offer you never the same as your first choice.
I used this delivery company 3-4 times a week for delivery from Spinneys. But after several problems I deleted the APP.

I don’t know why Instashop is suddenly so horrible but more than 4 times now I’ve had to wait 30 minutes or more for an order. It’s ridiculous. This last time after 30 minutes (which was how long the order was supposed to take), I ordered somewhere else and got the order in 15 minutes while instashop still hadn’t delivered. I’ve deleted my account and app. And judging by the other reviews this is how they are operating now. If you don’t want a headache, order somewhere else. It’s really terrible.
InstaShop going from OK to BAD
After having used the app most of 2024 with some problems the frequency of problems increased a lot towards the end of 2024. Suddenly in Jan 2025 the app stopped opening and when re-installing the app it suddenly said my UAE mobile number is wrong and when trying to open new account I am told my address is not coveres…very strange.

Worst customer support!
Worst customer support!! I ordered from lulumarket through them and they delivered wrong items and when i tried reaching instashop, they called me twice to say the courier will replace the wrong items and no one showed up, and then they stopped answering my reported complaint all together!!!
Horrible service
Use the app in Egypt and it is horrible the representatives cherry pick the issues/cst complaints/requests that they want to follow up on and ignore the rest .they do not reply a lot of times and they're always give me a horrible experience. I gave them 0 out of 10
