Worst service ever

I’ve ordered several times from InstaShop and each time has been meet with very long delays ( my current order is now one day late! ) not very instant! I have been sent orders with missing items and have been overcharged. Always frustrating and disappointing.

"I’ve ordered multiple times from this shop, but each experience has been frustrating. Orders are always delayed, and I’ve had missing or even damaged items more times than I can count. When I reach out to customer service, all I get are apologies and Insta points—no real resolution. It’s disappointing to feel like my concerns aren’t taken seriously. If you’re looking for a reliable shopping experience, I’d suggest looking elsewhere until things improve here."

It's like playing a lottery

It's like playing a lottery:
- will you receive the delivery or time
- will you receive it at all
- will customer service reply to your concerns
- will you receive accurate substitution options

They can all go right if you're lucky , but they all can happen at the same time too so you'll be left without your groceries for the night like me this evening and this is not the first time so I'm deleting the app and making sure to spread my anger via reviews

InstaShop have no control over their…

InstaShop have no control over their delivery times. Despite advertising the delivery times - on multiple times I have had to wait twice as long as the stated delivery time and today three times as long. The implications of these delays are ruined meals and if you have to leave for work or meetings - you miss the opportunity to eat. When contacting the vendor- they just say it will be there in 1-2 minutes. 60mins later. Find an alternative as InstaShop takes no accountability for there service.

Sell out of date food and DO NOT REFUND

Placed an order fresh food delivery, placed it straight in fridge as you would expect, I did not think to check the dates. Went to use the fresh chicken one day later and opened the pack to the most disgusting rotten smell. Checked the date and as I expected from the smell it was out of date. Contacted Instashop and disgustingly because I did not report it within 24hrs they wont refund me the cost.
DISGUSTING customer service on what should be normal customer rights to have fresh produce delivered in date.

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever, I order an order from a supermarket on instashop and it was only 4items it took them more than one hour and yet it is not prepared not delivered yet, I contacted instashop 3 times and also no response. Don't use them they are really horrible.

What I viewed it's not the same as the one I saw on web catalog

Hi I bought a dress with Insrs shop online.i paid for it come to my surprise once the order was confirmed I realized the dress I'm trying to view it's not the same as that i saw on their website it's two different dresses their not even near the same .I've tried to send them emails no response no one is responding to my emails.
Unhappy and frustrated not happy with the service.they already shipped the dress

Refusing refund because item is at my place not where I was visiting

Hi I placed on ordef to Spinney's in RAK. Waitrose shortbreads arrived broken 10 cookies, 8 broken where I was visiting. I tried to report the issue immediately but there was a problem on Instashop side, error message. I went home. They want to give credit. I want refund. CS says they can't pick the cookies up from a nearby address in order to provide a refund. But the delay was because the reporting function wasn't working. And the breakage was likely due to poor packing (a slab of ice in the same order). They have no problem delivering to multiple addresses to so why not pick up for refund purposes? No problem. If I don't impulse order from these excusniks to I'll be healthier. Really, I should thank them for annoying me with their ridiculous policies.

Time to look for other option

I order from this app a lot but every other time I have my item sent late. Many times I had to wait for the grocery to arrive way past lunch time. We ended up ordering food even with grocery ordered. They are a pro at sending items late. Another thing is the unavailability of item when online says available. I had to cancel reorder many times because whatI need was not available after all. It is truly a waste of time and unecessary stress. I am npw looking for a better option. It is time to finally 'severe' my relationship with Instashop

Delivery times are never met

Delivery times are never met. I do like their app but what is the point of having a great app if you can't get your items on time. And with late, I mean VERY late. Hours late even. They would do better to outsource delivery to another party, if they could deliver on time they would be the best option around.

I emphasize that the order placed with Lotus Pharmacy was not a mere transaction but a critical necessity for my well-being. The late arrival of my blood pressure medication, a delivery promise unfulfilled by InstaShop, meant fasting without the essential medical sustenance required for my health condition. The pharmacist's cavalier attitude and the insinuation that the responsibility lay with me, the customer, is both offensive and indicative of a failed customer service model.

**Second Incident - Order #0488674**

The subsequent failure compounded my concerns. The order guaranteed for a 10 AM delivery was left in a state of suspended animation, with no communication to manage my expectations or to navigate the disruption to my day. The vendor's admission of falsely marking the order as 'out for delivery' represents a deliberate manipulation of system processes and an egregious breach of customer trust.

**Highlighting Systemic Issues**

The aforementioned incidents are symptomatic of greater systemic issues within InstaShop Egypt's operations:

1. **Unreliable Delivery Services:** There is a glaring inconsistency in delivery, especially for time-sensitive orders such as essential medications, which is unacceptable.

2. **Poor Vendor Communication and Coordination:** The disconnect between InstaShop and its vendors is leading to misinformation and service failures, directly impacting customer experience.

3. **Inadequate Customer Support:** The unresponsive call centers and the ineffective complaint resolution mechanisms in place have repeatedly left me, and likely others, without recourse.

4. **Lack of Vendor Accountability:** There is a disturbing pattern of vendors manipulating delivery statuses, which is a deceptive practice that must be addressed immediately.

**Demand for Executive Action**

It is clear that the issues at hand are not isolated but are indicative of a pervasive neglect for operational excellence and customer care. The resolution of these matters should not be the application of a mere band-aid but a strategic overhaul at the operational level. I expect a detailed review of these systemic failures, accompanied by a strategic plan for rectification that includes:

- Enforcing strict adherence to delivery schedules, especially for critical health-related orders.
- Establishing rigorous communication protocols between InstaShop and its vendors.
- Overhauling the customer support framework to ensure accessibility and effective resolution.
- Implementing a zero-tolerance policy towards any vendor malpractice, including system manipulation.

Terrible experience! Increasing the price after I placed my order

As per ads, delivery time will be 90mins! After placing an order, I received a replacement request for some items that are out of stocks and I confirmed the replacment. Then I received a call, actually 4 calls and they told me that the price of some items increased!!! I got mad, I told them these are the prices posted in your site so why are you increasing the price after your customer placed the order???i told them, this must be the issue between New W Mart and Instashop. What I'm saying here is that, do not fool your customers and advertise the correct price!!! WASTED MY TIME AND INSTASHOP IS NOT RELIABLE AT ALL!!!!!!
