Very easy to deal with and very competitive
Couldnt have been easier to arrange special insurance for my mother-in-laws unoccupied property. The Team were very polite and friendly, every question was answered fully and all aspects were explained clearly and we felt that the price was very competitive also.

It was great and reliable service
It was great and reliable service. I found Jack and Katie both helpful and supportive. Jack, also explained the policy well. And the online service was quick and efficient.
I've spoken to other home insurance companies whom I found were quite aggressive in their approach to me, in sorting out insurance for our family's home.

I compare the price I've been paying for the past 12 months and I'm absolutely stunned at how much I'm paying compared to other insurance companies.
I write this in reply to your response.
I've found several other companies who offer me exactly the same cover for 40% of your price. What annoys me most of all is the fact that I've been paying your vastly excessive premium for the past 12 months.

We took out a home insurance policy this morning. Got worried as we hadn’t had a confirmation email. I spoke to a lady named Katie. Who was able to send through another copy for us. She was very helpful and polite with her text messages.

Great first impression
I started doing a quote online and someone called me to go through it which I’ve never had before. They were really helpful and professions and even though we kept having terrible issues with the Wi-Fi and phone signal, they kept calling me back and we got through it all. Great price. Great service. Highly recommend.

Having just purchased a new property…
Having just purchased a new property with an unusual flat roof structure it was nice to talk to some one who was aware of this type of roofing EPDM. Very helpful and polite. There price was competitive so we also insured the contents with them. Very impressed so far. Mike Willgress.
