Excellent Customer Service
Even with being an online company when I needed to speak directly to a representative I was able to and despite a technical error they were able to resolve it efficiently and fix their mistake. Customer Service was excellent.

Excellent customer service and competitive cas insurance prices
On renewing my car insurance policy I found the customer care and service I received from Its4 women excellent The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offer an award scheme which I was able to apply to this years car renewal and it brought my policy right down to a price which couldn’t be matched by other insurers and without losing any off my cover. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very difficult to communicate with you…
Very difficult to communicate with you !
Had call , message left and chat facilities online don’t seem to work .
Woman who I spoke with was helpful and did call back
I had discounts as I had referred - not sure if actual discount as the pre discount price was very inflated when compared them to other deals .
As per usual the ease of not moving to another provider influenced my decision to buy the insurance.
There is no bonus for staying / or recommending.

This can be accessed via our website and allows you to speak with an advisor instantly. Call back requests can also be facilitated through this medium.
