As an online insurance company our main method of contact is via our Online Chat Service, this facility is accessed via our website and allows you to instant message with an advisor with any queries you may have. While we do not accept incoming calls, we do currently have a call back request system in place for our Call Centre team to contact you, these call back requests are returned within 24-48 hours and can be requested through our online chat facility. All call backs are processed in date and time order to be fair to all customers, at busy periods the call wait time may vary.

Efficient and helpful

I was contacted by an agent following my online enquiry for car policy renewal. I was offered a good competitive price & this allowed me an opportunity to ask questions about my policy however, when I was referred to pay online my card payment would not take after several attempts over the weekend & Monday. I used the online chat to try & remedy this & an agent called me back after a short while to take my payment. In spite of my difficulties & frustration both agents were v helpful, polite & friendly in resolving any questions & queries hence the score I’ve awarded.

Can't get speaking to a person. No number to ring them. Price went up over 200 this year.

We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with being able to contact us. As an online company, our favoured method of contact is via our Live Chat facility, where you can speak with an advisor directly. They can help you with any queries or changes that you may have. However, if the change that you wish to make is impossible for you to do online, they will be happy to arrange a call back for you with a member of our customer service team. We can confirm that there has been an increase across the board in relation to insurance premiums and can only apologise if the quote offered was not as competitive as previous quotes.

I had to push hard to get your best quote, by saying I would look elsewhere, I was told to come back to you if I got a better option…..no loyalty to existing customers and you reduced your quote only when you had to

Worrying service…
This is supposed to be a seamless process for controlling your insurance. It is clumpy and difficult to access information and the on line help is useless. As a retired Insurance Broker I would be totally embarrassed by the online service offered and at next renewal no matter the cost I will insure elsewhere. For every adjustment you are totally charged in a very onerous way when the online process is supposed to engender economy of effort. Avoid this company at all costs. It is better to pay more at outset than endure the punishing costs of mid term adjustments and communication problems. I really worry about the response of claims issues and wait until renewal date to get clear of them
Following Rebecca’s response I am familiar with online products. You miss my point. Its4women site is onerous to navigate and when I tried to change to a new car from the showroom the site did not produce the appropriate page to do a change - it kept inviting me to get a quote. The showroom personnel had the same problem. Online chat worked ok although it took a lot of time as you couldn’t identify the vehicle model from your records. I was also annoyed by the additional Broker charge of £30, which is excessive for an on line product which is supposed to be economical. I have another car with Axa Direct and no problems there at all.

As an online insurance company, we do advise that all changes can be made via your online account. This is accessed via our website and there are help tutorials available if you are having any difficulties making your change. We also have the Online Chat Facility which allows you to instant message with an advisor and they can talk you through any changes you require. Any additional premium is calculated based on the change made and will depend on how the new details rate.
