I emailed the customer care department of Izabel London on the 8th October received a response the same day. I explained in full my issue and found the member of staff who dealt with me to be extremely efficient. I received the item I had contacted them about this morning 11th October. So all in all a very speedy response and I am a very satisfied customer

I love Izabel London, Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I have had some really lovely clothes from here, now waiting for the Christmas lines to come in. I had problems changing my name on line after getting married, but with everyones help at Izabel it has all gone smoothly and is now done. What a lovely group of people to deal with so helpful and kind. A pleasure to do business with.

Always great products and they fit my body shape perfectly. Generous sizing, so might have to start ordering smaller size in the future as I’ve lost a little weight. I have numerous dresses from Isabel, layer up fir winter or use as they are for warmer days.

I accidently returned a parcel to them instead of the original company I ordered from. Izabel team spent hours locating my item and returned it to myself free of charge. Just wanted to say this was the first time I have ordered from Izabel and I am over the moon with my purchase. I never know what the quality will be as have ordered from other sites and have been very disappointed by quality but not this time. The delivery was quick, the dress is absolutely fabulous and material beautiful very high end. I am so pleased with it. I decided to go up a size as I saw this dress in a local store in size 16 and it seemed small. So glad I did as it fits perfect. I am an older woman but still like to look feminine. This dress is just that. So thank you Izabel clothing for great quality clothing first class delivery and service. So much better than all the other online stores. I shall definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend

Oh dear, I wish I had never found the clothes from this shop as I can’t stop buying!!! I have bought the same style of maxi dress in every material they have and have actually had to purchase a new taller wardrobe to hang them in as they were too long for my cupboard!!
The customer service is superb with an answer for any query literally within a couple of hours or the next day at the most (none of this ignoring customers’ queries until two weeks+ later like I have had with another shop that sells some of Izabel’s items).
The prices are good and there is always some deal to be had, the loyalty club is very generous, free delivery (minimum spend applies) and free returns (unlike the other shop mentioned that won’t refund instore if PayPal is used, because they don’t take AMEX directly, and charge for returns for Izabel clothing- so I now just buy direct).
Superb quality clothing especially for ladies that are taller and they also use a size 18 model which gives a great indication of how an item will look if you are not lucky enough to have the physique of a supermodel!!
I have used this fabulous company for a couple of months now and can’t find any fault at all, so far, which is very unique in this day and age of appalling service for everything or a robot response. Thank you Izabel London!

This company I rate as 5 star, I honestly do recommend them. I wished to purchase a certain item which was not in my size on their website so I emailed their customer care team asking for some assistance. They replied promptly to my emails and even managed to source the size I needed to my joy. They went over and above my expectations for customer care. Today, my purchase has arrived and I can say the quality of the item is superb, I am incredibly impressed and I even received a discount which is a pleasant bonus! This is my first time shopping with this business and I will be back.
