I recently brought out a service plan for my VW Tiguan I used JCT VW customer service's, and found them to be extremely helpful and polite in helping me sort out the plan i needed, I would like to thank Gina Buckingham for her polite and friendly manner in which she helped me. Iam looking forward to take my car to the York branch of VW as and when the service plan dictates

The customer advisor i dealt with (Gina Buckingham) was very helpful. She took time and patience to go through the details of the contract. She gave explanations that answered all my questions. No hard sell, just helpful which as a customer is reassuring.

I’ve recently purchased a used VW Tiguan from the JCT600 branch at Sheffield
The salesman that helped us is named Dillon and he went above and beyond to help us and answered all our questions no matter how silly they may have seemed.
He listened and didn’t talk over us as we’ve had before at other dealerships.
I hope he gets the recognition he deserves and I would highly recommend this branch to anyone

Following up from our previous rating , jct600 Audi Sheffield are now refusing to pay us the 700 pound as we said we will except partial settlement. So now we have agreed they are still withholding our money !!! Now escalation to fso . No more games . Disappointed and disgusted

Well what can I say about this dealership. First of all rude and ignorant staff, myself and my partner went to VW dealership to look at getting a new car we walked in the showroom. Nobody came out to great us, in one of the offices at the back was 3 people sat down they all could see us, but we was completely ignored we was looking through the cars opening them and sitting in them and we was getting no attention. We then stood at the counter and waited patiently to be seen still no1 would speak to us or came out to acknowledge us. Then someone came back from a test drive he then walked past us and didn’t say a word he then must of gone into the office then came back out.

Then his words was someone will be out shortly after a phone call. Someone came out and bypassed us and went to a lady, she commented are you dealing with these and he rudely said no I am not. So we then said we will just leave it and he then commented she has an appointment and I just said fair enough but we have waited 25 minutes and not been acknowledged. Very rude staff 100% lost out on a sale now.

From my first telephone enquiry, with many more telephone calls in-between, to collecting my brand new SEAT IBIZA TECHNOLOGY, I can not praise Luke R enough for his warm, friendly manner and the exceptional customer service he provided during the sale. I had my car valeted by Darren at JCT600 Wakefield, and the service was absolutely exceptional. From start to finish, Darren showed real pride in his work and delivered a result that went far beyond my expectations.

The car looked immaculate inside and out — every surface spotless, every detail carefully finished, and the exterior gleaming like new. It’s rare to find someone who puts this level of care and attention into their work, but Darren genuinely does.

He was professional, friendly, and clearly highly skilled, and it’s obvious he values doing the job properly. My car has never looked better, and I left feeling genuinely impressed and grateful.

After a disappointing experience arranging replacement tyres for my car, I am pleased to say that my visit to JCT600 Audi today has been entirely positive. My vehicle was booked in for its MOT and a brake fluid change, and the whole process ran seamlessly.

The check‑in and check‑out were efficient, every member of staff I interacted with was helpful and courteous, and the team even carried out additional checks without charging me.

I put my VW ID7 in for warranty work at VW York was sent a email asking if it was electric or not. Once I arrived at the garage I asked where the promised mini bus lift home was. I was told they stopped that 4 or 5 years ago told to get a bus. They didn’t fix my warranty work and told me to drive to VW Leeds to get the battery fault fixed if I want.
They also checked over the car listed the size of the tyres which was wrong.
What a joke this place is. If I was you I would keep away

We popped into the dealership to look at a car last Saturday. The sales man Lukasz Zurke made the whole experience bearable. Previously with other dealerships we have had a very different experience to the one we have just had
He was approachable, respectful and clearly knew his job. He wasn’t pushy, he didn’t do the hard sell but we bought the car anyway.
Overall a great experience and this can only be down to Lukasz and his professionalism. He is a credit to your team.

I contacted JCT600 in Castleford thinking they were too far from me here in Bradford as i did not have a car to visit their showroom and was pleasantly surprised when they said they would bring a car for me to look at,even without paying a deposit, the young lady that arrived with the car was polite, and a pleasure to have a test drive with and without her knowing it she sold me the car,two days later i paid for the car and it was delivered to me by Aaron who was also polite, well mannered and a pleasure to do business with, i cannot thank them enough for the quick and efficient service and i would recommend JCT600 to anyone looking for that personal attention and not just another "car dealer" .Once again, thank you.

I had my car booked in under warranty but the mechanic was not told of the issues I was having and so did absolutely nothig wasting a day of my time driving it over and arranging pick ups from the garage as courtesy cars are charged for at £35 a day! I now have to wait over a month for another time slot for them to try again. In addition It’s extremely difficult to actually get through as no one answers. Appalling place avoid

Very unprofessional service.(MOHAMMED) Booked my rs4 in for a brake change, 8am dropped it off got a call after 4 hours later saying we don’t have the brake pads in stock, Mohammed advised come pick the vehicle up and come back on Monday. Excuse me!!! You wasted my full day, what was the reason for booking my vehicle in if you don’t have the parts, and they had the cheek to call me one day before as a courtesy call to check if I am still coming in, surly you would have the parts and check before you make customers bring there vehicles in. So Mohammed further advised he will get the parts from TPS. Don’t worry so I said thats fine, rings me again after 2 hours saying we can’t take your allow wheels off so we didn’t do the job. Absolutely zero service I don’t blame why the canal road branch has closed down, it’s makes sense now. Very unprofessional staff from reception to workshop staff all need training again, I have been an Audi customer for over 15 years now. Been up and down the country never seen a dealership that handles things like this. They never had the parts in stock so they thought to lie and say ohh “Your alloys are not coming off” absolute rubbish as I had 4 new tyres fitted a week ago. I have booked my vehicle in with Huddersfield Audi now. Avoid Bradford JCT600 Audi Service centre, they just waste your time and full day.

Absolutely terrible they sold me a vehicle with a swapped engine and the vehicle broke down, my garage found out that coolant leaking from turbo, signs of smoke behind the engine and old shredding in the oil, the company tried to deny this when the engine number in the vehicle was different to the engine number on the V5 - I raised this complaint in March till this day nothing had been resolved and they’ve had the vehicle for a month and left me without a vehicle

An efficient and friendly service with Finlay being very helpful with any questions I had so no hesitation in giving 5 stars. Thankyou Jefferson Brough
