The main issue is that Jibble cannot reliably record location. If an administrator changes any setting for the user, the user must re-log in for the new setting to take effect.

I really enjoy the functionality and ease of use in recording time, being able to create custom reports that track people's time over a certain period, focusing on certain projects. It works really wonderfully

Sorry to hear you're finding Jibble difficult to navigate – that's not the experience we want.
To clock in/out with face recognition, ensure that Facial recognition settings have been enabled in your Time Tracking rules by your admin. You will then need to setup your face data in your person profile before clocking in with face recognition.

Thanks for the detailed feedback, Thomas. Location reliability depends on device GPS permissions and signal strength. If it's failing consistently, please check your device's location permissions or contact support@jibble.io with your device model so we can troubleshoot.
As for changes made by admins, members can simply exit out of the app and reopen it for the new settings to refresh and be enforced – No re-login is required. If you need further assistance, please reach out to our support email: support@jibble.io

An excellent app to track attendance…
An excellent app to track attendance and time-offs. I have been looking for an app to manage purely Time-Offs, and found Jibble. Saw that it solves some issues that we have in our company so we have been testing to see if it suits all our needs.
Saw some things that could be added and have already suggested them in your suggestion website. Hopefully we are able to implement it internally and use them well.
