They are charging for the premium…
They are charging for the premium delivery but tool nearly 20 days to deliver
After calling them 3-4 times they said they goons chase the delivery and let me know via email and phone but I think they forgot and I am still waiting for my product and their reply

Roofing materials arrived promptly
Roofing materials arrived promptly, though we weren't notified of the delivery date, as far as I'm aware. The only issue we have is that the ridge is black and the Coroline sheet is brown, whereas it should all have been brown. I intend to use it anyway.

Vague delivery service / poor communication

Items were as ordered, well packaged, no major damage and delivery was very prompt. The delivery driver was very helpful and took away the packaging. One of the tiles had a minor manufacturing blemish and some had very minor chips on their edges, although superficial in nature and wont affect their appearance once installed. Great service
