Many items being received damaged. JJ Roofing refused to replace and to refund delivery costs.

We’re sorry to hear that your order did not arrive in the condition expected. We take product quality very seriously, and we regret any inconvenience caused.
As per our terms and conditions, we issued a full refund for all items reported as damaged. In addition, as a gesture of goodwill, we also provided a partial refund of your delivery charge. While we do not typically refund delivery costs in the case of partial damage to products, we made this exception to reflect our dedication to customer satisfaction.
We always aim to handle concerns fairly and in line with our policies, and we’re disappointed that you feel this was not resolved satisfactorily.

I had a great experience with JJ Roofing. I was looking for Marley plain tiles, which were very hard to find elsewhere. Sabir was incredibly helpful; he went above and beyond to track down exactly what I needed and kept me updated throughout the process. It is clear that the company invests in high-quality training for their staff. I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service.

Sabir was great. Followed through. Kept me up to speed. Excellent. I can’t fault him. Just wish he could help me get my other blinds down and my new ones up now lol. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get my others off.
