I collected my new iX1 on the 16th September and as this was my first EV I was very anxious and nervous.
Lee Finnegan the sales executive was in charge of the hand over and he immediately took away all my anxiety and was simply just AMAZING.
Lee Finnegan was so very patient, so very helpful and never did he once try and rush me even when I asked the same question twice or three times.
All I can say in a heart beat that any one who gets a new car from John Clarke MUST see that they get Lee Finnegan for the hand over.

Although we never purchased a Renault we were impressed with the service from the sales staff, especially Scott Arthur who went over the stuff the Scenic Electric had, answered any queries we had and explained the different ways to pay for the vehicle. Would definitely recommend.

Tried to purchase a car from John Clark Volvo Edinburgh, but unfortunately it was a complete waste of time. I was promised a video of the car and a call back with further information, but neither happened, and I was left chasing for updates.

The communication was particularly disappointing because I was considering travelling from London to Edinburgh specifically to view and potentially purchase the car. I needed the promised information beforehand to make an informed decision and avoid making a long journey unnecessarily.

I dealt with Jimmy, who was particularly unhelpful. His excuse was that he was busy dealing with customers—I had to remind him that I was also a customer.

Very disappointing experience and, based on this experience, I would not use this dealership again. AVOID if you value your time.

Poor customer service used car sales management or head of sales doesn’t respond to customer complaints had car 7 months car been in garage 10 times to be fixed car now has major water leak rear passenger and roof soaked possibly needs new windscreen paint work falling off front bumper told it’s my problem and to pay over 3k to fix as they will not cover it totally shocking customer service had Land Rover cars for past 10 years due this customer experience I would never buy from this dealership Land Rover Edinburgh

Communication is really the weakest point of the business. Staff taking days to get back to emails or phone calls. Also vehicle checks before delivery are not up to standard. Every vehicle bought has had a problem even though there is a “165 point check”. Only use John Clark group because it is a main dealer and I want manafactures warranty

Eric was more than helpful - couldn't have done enough for us and the Biscoff was a nice touch - he at least knows what a tyre pressure warning light looks like now so all good. Car is going great!
