Hayley and Terry helped us with our shutters in Billericay. Great job done from consultation through to finished job. Really helped us with recommendations and the blinds are well made and fit perfect. Great service.

We recently used Just Shutter Essex and they were brilliant from start to finish. Hayley and Terry were both very helpful with the process of choosing shutters, especially what style, colours would suit our windows.
Communication was great and they kept us updated with timescale and delivery.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service and well fitted shutters, thank you once again Hayley and Terry.

The company's has gone downhill. A company should take accountability for its mess ups, however, we're currently left in a bad situation due to their incompetence.

The franchise we have ordered from has gone bankrupt and we are left without product after payments have been made.

Bad company, I recently purchased shutters for one of my rooms. I paid in full and now the company are saying that they can't delivery and fit my shutters, and they cannot give me a refund back because the company has gone into liquidation. Even though I've written several emails to justshutters and they are not taking any form of responsibility. I have now decided to take them to small claims court. They're customer service is absolutely appalling. Stay away from this company!

A cowboy outfit that will NOT take accountability when an order falls through by one of their 'homebased' suppliers. Currently taking my case to court. Avoid at all costs. You're better off paying a reputable and responsible company that will adhere to their orders.

Avoid at all costs. I placed an order and paid £450, the branch that dealt with my order, went bankrupt and they told me that they can't deliver my shutters or refund my money. I have now taken legal action and waiting. Go to another provider but avoid these people at all costs. No one at just shutters is taking responsibility and they have left me in the middle. This has now being treated as a scam and have advised by the police to have others to come forward.

This company has gone massively down hill since we last used them 4 years ago the owner has changed and I couldn’t warn you off enough. Herts based, I had Carolyn come out to measure my new shutters in my new home. I assumed it would be a similar experience to before, same standard of shutter and service alike. Well, since Tom left it’s clearly gone down the pan. Carolyn didn’t measure the window frame properly so the shutters that arrived are too small for the frame of the window and the smaller size means less light gets in. They look ridiculous and why on earth she thought this would be okay and work well I have no idea.

I’d already paid 50% and said I won’t pay the balance until this is rectified. Carolyn has since told me she’s having money troubles and can’t do anything about it and is hoping to sell her share of the franchise.

The HQ have washed their hands with it also and actually advised me to take Carolyn to small claims court.

All in all, this company in my opinion has gone massively down hill and isn’t worth the bother at all.

It’s been nothing but a stress and upsetting that I’m left with this mess.

I am delighted with my experience with Heath. First class service from initial measuring up to fitting. Shutters look fabulous and I am so pleased I chose Just Shutters. Heath even put my furniture back in situ afterwards; above & beyond the call of duty!
Heath & Gary fitted the shutters quickly & efficiently and even removed their shoes!
As said; I am delighted all round!

Whilst our Just Shutters shutters look great in situ our experience with the company was anything but great. Very poor communications, fitter cracked double glazing unit which had to be replaced and shutters were damaged being taken out again. Most disappointingly the damaged shutter was refitted, presumably to save money. Reasonable product let down by poor customer service.

Very pleased with our shutters, good quality and fitter was great.

I waited a long time to write this review as I wanted to see how they withstood the sun streaming in from a south west facing window.
The whole process was efficient. From the polite chap who measured, to the incredibly tidy fitters. My shutters are mdf frames & plastic paddles. They're very easy to clean & look very smart. & there is no sun damage. I would highly recommend.

Cheap product. You get what you pay for however, Simon is pretty rude and as long as he’s happy then that’s all that matters. Just like others, huge caulking gaps, wonky then after an offer of beading to be put over, but I didn’t want these cowboys back. All I can say is avoid at all cost and use someone else who can fit correctly. They have just ruined our home, paintwork and look of our windows.

We got shutters and blinds installed for both our kids rooms. Was very impressed with the whole process and with the service provided from Emile and Penny. Definitely recommend.

I will reserve my review for when the shutters (I ordered at the start of June) turn up.

We have recently used Just Shutters for 6 rooms in our house. We are delighted with the result, they look stunning. Can't recommend Just Shutters highly enough, they were excellent from start to finish.

Used Just Shutters, Surrey. Fantastic experience start to finish. Easy to understand quote, clear delivery times (fairly long, but that is the case for all cross border supplies nowadays sadly), arrived on time and I'm thrilled with the outcome. They look lovely and transformed our space. Recommended

So simple. No mess. Everything cleaned up so you wouldn't know they had been in, apart from the fabulous shutters in our bathroom. Perfect job!

The fitter or handymen whatever they want to call themselves fitted my shutters so badly they I thought of ripping them out and starting again. They filled with caulk a 20mm gap at top instead of using trim. The shutters selfclose on there own as they are not level! They filled screw holes with again the trusted cheap caulk there was damage on the shutters they cut the corners off the shutters then told me they come made like this 🙄 screws where missing from hinges but this is normal practice to them whatever that means being a carpenter myself if knew how bad they was going to do it I would of told them to drop them around the corner and come no where near my house when talking to brain's of this Simon just full of S### didn't even want to come and look at it so I asked them to drop off beading so I can finish it off myself they did offer to come and do the beading but these guys can't caulk and fit shutter so letting fitting beading to finish it off no thanks. Be aware when using them they are not carpenters or have any trade to do this work I was told they are just fitters but to use tools I don't care what anyone says you need have training and no what you are doing these guy don't I've seen better work done by people doing DIY then what has happened in my house!
