Just Shutters Avis 

Disappointing.paid our deposited two months ago. And the surveyor made a clerical error.which we obviously knew nothing about. So nothing was ordered for about a month. Time wasted. I’ve just emailed them for an update installation date. Mid June.It is now 4/4/22. But no Definite date due to shipping and is still within the factory process. Basically could be any time. I’m beginning to wish I had gone else where and paid the extra.sadly I have very little confidence with just shutters now. Especially after reading these reviews. The quality of the product and installation had better be excellent.it won’t be paid for if it isn’t. It will be rectified on the day. Not a recall visit.if and when it is done, I shall update this review accordingly.
Update 6/4/22. Absolutely no reply to my recent email of complaint. I was expecting a reply of apology and a little effort in pushing the order at the factory. If I do not receive correspondence or if the order takes longer than advised. I shall raise a case with trading standards.

Patio door shutters and window shutters in two rooms in our house have been fitted by Just Shutters. The result is outstanding and the fitting meticulous. The shutters have totally converted our rooms in to beautiful areas.
Rob is lovely, he is very professional and an expert at advising and fitting the products himself and always leaves the area clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company

Had shutters installed on 5 different windows in the house around a 16 months ago. Paul who runs the York branch is a great guy. Professional and friendly. First visit he quoted us up and asked for the design, width of the wood in the shutters, way we wanted the doors to open, locks and other options such as electrics. The wait was around 2 months but we were willing to wait. Paul installed them efficiently, quickly, whilst taking care of our needs and providing a great service. We love the shutters and have had around 10 strangers compliment how good they look with the house.

Flash forward 16 months and one of our clips broke on one of our window locks behind on of our shutters. We got in touch Paul and he came to us in a day or two and replaced them in minutes. Only wish we had more windows so he could fit more!

10/10 can't even explain how happy we are with the product, service and warranty. Highly, highly recommended. Truly worth the wait.

I had a verbal quote from Just shutters Cannock and confirmed I would like to accept. I was told I would be required to give 50% deposit immediately. I explained I had not received written confirmation of quote details and was not prepared to pay deposit until I had received the written quote. I was advised they would make arrangements for a surveyor to come out and who would then give me the quote but was still required to pay deposit today. I told them I would not do this so confirmed I no longer wished to proceed with them. I am amazed they expected me to pay over £1000 deposit without written confirmation of what this was for. How could I be assured I would get what was verbally agreed in the quote. I do not trust this type of practice and this raised my concerns about this company be cautious

Having previously used Just Shutters for the front of our bungalow and very happy with them in January this year we ordered for the back of the bungalow. Our original fitter has left the company but everything seemed to be the same. The Shutters were delayed apparently by pandemic then the suez canal blockage. We had them fitted in June but all was not well. The slats on one of the Shutters for a door were the wrong size and the whole unit fitted badly. Also no edging was put on the very large end window/french doors. It us now the end of October and we are still waiting for the job to be finished. We are not at all satisfied this time around and will not be recommending just Shutters in the future

Had the shutters installed. They look great and are practical, however, we have just sold our house so called Just Shutters for a copy of the warranty as we cannot lay our hands on it currently and also to book a designer to come out and measure up for shutters for our new home.

The warranty is for the lifetime of the person who purchasers the shutters and is not transferrable. I would double check this point to ensure you are happy with the terms and conditions of the warranty before you proceed.

I will not be using Just Shutters going forward as this wasn't made clear. However, a good product. Your after care and communication has let you down.

Although there was a substantial delay between ordering and fitting, the shutters fitted were of good quality. But the fitter accidentally cracked one of the windows. They were very apologetic and said they would get it sorted. Their appointed glazier (not related to the company) asked me to measure the broken window (too busy to attend). They then stopped contact . This was about 6 weeks ago so consequently Just shutters asked me to arrange arrange another glazier and then invoice them. Feeling let down as I feel they should do all the arranging as they broke my window in the first place. Currently window still broken.....

Had my shutters fitted some time ago by Just Shutters on a recommendation. Fantastic service and very pleased with the shutters and the whole process of fitting them. Would highly recommend them.

Just had shutters fitted by Paul Wells of Just Shutters North Yorkshire. Very pleased with service overall. Paul had a challenge with shutters for bi-folding doors, but his expert measuring and fitting made for a perfect fit. Would definitely recommend this company.

Had 6 shutters fitted last week. Process was easy, Simon showed us all the options, went through all the information.
Order was placed, 12 weeks later they were made and ready to be installed.
Had an issue with gaps not being filled by fitter. But this was corrected the next day.
Would recommend just shutters to friends and family.
No issues with the shutters yet.
