Not as pictured. These are tan, not cream!
I own these sneakers in the pink color combo. I love them. The color is gorgeous & the sneaker is very padded inside so it’s very comfortable. I wanted to like the “cream” colored ones as well but they are not in fact cream. Cream is a pale color with a very slight yellow undertone (like fresh cream). These are more of a light tan color with a brownish undertone. Not a color I like at all. Unfortunately for me they are not returnable. Ugh! Not as pictured!

Terrible delivery for my order
Terrible delivery for my order. My first order was fine, but the second order never arrived or appeared. I reached out to Kurt Geiger. They told me it’s nothing they can do and there’s no further investigations they can do because there was no additional notes left. They asked me to send a photo of the building, I sent a photo of the building, but then that still wasn’t good enough. It was my job building and we have a reception area.. for the amount of money that I spent here the customer is terrible.

The shoes are beautiful
The shoes are beautiful, but they won’t work for me. They are too wide and they are heavier than any of my other Kurt shoes. I prefer a very light weight shoe. Therefore, these absolutely gorgeous shoes will be returned.

If I can give a zero I would. I bought a bag at original price no discount. It hasn’t even been a month and the closure hardware on the bag is defective. When trying to open the bag, the male part of the clasp became permanently stuck and jammed inside the female closing mechanism. The lock will not release or catch properly, leaving the bag unusable.It is a manufacturing defect in the metal hardware. When I reached out to them online, all I was told to do is return it and re-purchase it all over again. They didn’t even mention if they will refund the return product. When I asked to escalate it to a supervisor manager, I was told the same thing.
