Brought ladders
They sent photos saying it was left outside my property and gate, but no signature, no delivery proof. Driver later confirmed it wasn't there. I reported it stolen and asked for a full refund.
• Refused refund or replacement.
• Communication was rude and dismissive.
• Money taken, item never received.
WARNING!!! ‼️ Do not trust this company.
I've opened a chargeback and reported them to Trading Standard and the police

• Photographic delivery confirmation shows the ladders delivered to your correct address and safe location.
• You confirmed that the property shown in the photos was indeed your home.
• When you reported the item missing, we arranged for the driver to revisit the address, in line with our standard procedure.
• During this visit, the driver confirmed that the ladders had been moved from the original delivery location, indicating they were present after delivery.
• No signature was required for this service, as the delivery is validated through timestamped photographs.
We have also added your crime reference number to your file and will fully cooperate with the authorities or your card issuer if they request information.
Based on the delivery evidence and the driver’s verification, the order is recorded as successfully delivered, which is why we were unable to issue a refund or replacement.

Delivers on time but outer packing damaged.
Ladders delivered on time but cardboard packaging was severely damaged and loose parts from the ladder rolling around in the box. Awaiting builder to install this coming week.

Ladders came and were of good quality…
Ladders came and were of good quality but stand off bar didn't come. Required ladders for that week end as site said prompt delivery. Ladders arrived but job made a lot harder without all parts. Emailed and got a generic reply. 48hrs later and still no follow up.
Stand off bar has now arrived ready for week end working.
