The product pages on the website are really informative, the actual products are great quality, the shipping is fast, and there is a little note and gift from the owner. Wonderful service
I was most impressed with the efficiency and kindness of the staff at La’dormir when I placed my order. The soft cotton robe I ordered was immediately mailed to my sister’s address that very same day. It was beautifully gift wrapped with a handwritten card placed inside the package. Many thanks.

Free gift gave me an allergy

Réponse de La'dormir Sleep Health & Wellness
Hi Natasha, this is disappointing to read considering we take extra measures to ensure our customer's needs are being taken care of. It's unfortunate you got an allergy from our free gift, however it could have been avoided had you ticked NO to receiving a free gift. At checkout, as you will remember, we have a mandatory consent customers must answer before being allowed to proceed further. It asks you "If you have allergies, a sensitivity to fragrance or do not wish to receive a free gift, please tick NO." You ticked YES which is why you received a free gift. Vicki
