Thank you Kate for taking the time to review your cotton nightie - Monica with Pink Rosebuds. It is such a pretty one - lovely choice!
Not great quality but very pretty and comfortable
I received 2 sets of pj’s recently.
Unfortunately after sleeping in my new pj’s 1 night only, I woke up to find all 4 buttons had come off!
This is very disappointing. As much as I love the fabric design and the soft feel of these pj’s, the quality is not good. I did contact the service email and received a reply from Vicki. I mentioned to her that a previous pair I’d brought from a shop just over a year ago, had disintegrated which isn’t great considering how long I’d had them. I tried to repair them but more holes appeared.
I purchased more pj’s though as I just love the design so much, but am very disappointed that another pair is of bad quality.
I’m giving a 2 star review as Vicki was very nice and offered for me to return the pjs and get a refund, but I had already re-sewn the 4 buttons back on.

Thanks Anna. As communicated to you via email, the fabric of these pyjamas is cotton voile which is much lighter & more delicate than regular cotton. I understand your disappointment - they are pretty and comfortable like you said but for them to not last one night would have been very disappointing. We have not had any quality issues with that style before so was more than happy to refund or exchange for you.
PS. This is actually the Service review page & since you were happy with our service, I would be appreciative if you could revisit the star rating given here. This review would be better suited against the product you purchased to help others on their product choices.
I won't shop anywhere else for my nightwear!
Once again - most impressed with the fast, efficient service. Great products and prices, fast delivery - I'll be back!
