Very easy to deal with, order processed and dispatched promptly. Arrived after a few days. Would happily purchase through this company again. Thankyou

Lakeside Needlecraft have always been efficient and reliable, selling good quality products which are packed carefully and dispatched promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending them - I haven't bought my needlework supplies from anywhere else for years.

Absolutely outstanding service I made an error and was quickly sorted out, if I could give more than 5 stars I would thank you thank you thank you Kate and team.

Still waiting for my order to be dispatched a week later.

Edit: I have contacted them. They say they are waiting for stock, but you shouldn't take people's money when you haven't got a product in stock and this should be indicated on the website before you order. There is also no excuse to not send me the bobbins that I ordered if they are in stock. Nothing has turned up.

Lakeside are my number one place to go for all my Crosstitch materials. Everything I order arrives in just over a week and the customer service is excellent.

I will always use Lakeside as my first port of call for all of my embroidery needs

Shipped within the time frame stated. Arrived quickly. Neatly packed with everything correct.
Thank you.

I tend to order my sewing threads from Lakeside Needlecraft. They always deliver in a timely manner and always have the threads in stock. I have found them a great company to deal with

Very slow to dispatch and no communication until chased

It is my favorit shop! Best quality items and most friendly people!

Great company, find what I’m looking for the vast majority of the time, great service if I ever need to contact them about an order I don’t wait long for a reply, should anything be missing they correct the order immediately. Very fair prices. Can’t go wrong really

I love the variety of cross stitch items available at Lakeside and it is always shipped in excellent time. I purchase the fabric of the month and it is always excellent quality and beautiful designs. The customer service provided by Kate at Lakeside Neddlecraft is excellent. She is very responsive and has sorted out any issues swiftly. Would highly recommend.

It took over 3 weeks for my order to arrive.

I was contacted about a week after placing my order; informing me of some supplier issues they were having, and assurance I'd be updated about it, which I was fine with. But I didn't actually get any updates or replies until I finally sent an email asking for my order to be cancelled and refunded - that's when I finally got a very swift reply to say they're shipping it out that day.

The business seems nice and the website has lots of good items, the shipping was fast and I am pleased with my item! But sadly the experience for me was a little stressful, the wait was inconvenient to my work and lack of updates just made me feel like they'd forgot about my order...

Lakeside Needle Craft has a fabulous selection of cross stitch. I live in the USA and the shipping cost is very reasonable.

Very pleased with my order, ‘Summer Splash fabric is beautiful and perfect for my next project and was a very good likeness to the picture shown on website. Very quick delivery too. Am looking forward to ordering more fabric in the future.

Bought a pdf and a printed pattern. Pdf came to me within 2 hours on Saterday evening which I didn't expect and was a nice surprise. The printed pattern is on its way. They notify to you with email. I didn't have a tracknumber which was more expensive so have to see when it's here. I know of a lot of people who buy at Lakeside Needlecraft and it's always a great experience.

Always extremely helpful with a fast and efficient service. Would recommend them to anyone requiring cross stitch fabric and threads.
