The product arrived on time, and as a fragile item it was expertly packed to prevent any breakage. The package itself was labelled 'FRAGILE' I was updated on a regular basis as to the progress of my order, and when the product arrived it fitted perfectly. A job well done.

I ordered a part and did not realise it was out of stock. I was called the same day to advise of this and offerred an alternative. Great customer service.

Quality and durable bulbs with fast delivery

The service received was fantastic, the items sent was fully prepared to be transported in the post , I will certainly be ordering again as my local supplier couldn’t obtain the bulbs required .

Sent the wrong size, bulb type. Incompatible. Difficult to return. This in SPITE of talking to a salesperson. These architecural bulbs are obsolete. I knew that. So don’t WASTE MY TIME

placed an order for a single Flourescent tube on September 25th , I was advised that I would be notified when dispatched ? 5 days later I had to send an email asking if this was imminent ? word back was that you had a lot of orders ? today 2nd Oct , I received an email stating "it should be with you now ?? it isn't ?? if it arrives on the 3rd it will have taken 7/8 days for one tube ?? somewhat disappointed !!

Exceptional customer service and help. Quick delivery

Ordered 2 bulbs- one turned up damaged in transit and the other blew within a day. These thing happen.
No respond to 3 emails to company to replace at the very least the damaged item.
Wont be using again and wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Ordered a T5 flourescent lamp online, got an email confirmation but then didnt hear anything for several days. Then when I was about to query I got a message saying order had been despatched, then oddly one to say it had been picked rhe day after. Received it a day after. The lamp says its a 3500K neutral white but in comparison to the others its with its a very slightly warmer color temp.
Postage was comparatively expensive but when arrived it was very well packaged.

Fast delivery, professional attitude, prompt response

Paid the extra to get a replacement Velux battery from a supplier rather than Amazon.
Shouldn't have bothered as one of the cells failed within 4 months.
Tried to contact LampCo and had no response whatsoever.
Definitely didn't live up to their "about us" statement. Will be trying to do a chargeback.
