Good job I checked the website in google before giving my creditcard details to these scammers. How can they do this legally? I just deed a search on deeds uk, maybe that ihy. Google need to get their act together on this.

Scammers. Charged card took over a week to respond and then tried to charge the card for even more money without providing anything. Reported to bank as fraud and charge getting reversed.

Attempting to charge £18 for a document I can get from the UK government website for £3.

Stay away from these crooks & go to the uk dot gov website

AVOID!!! do not use this service its £3 using the gov website, using gov wesite the information is avaialbe immediately. using this service, it takes forever, and im still waiting. they do not respond to emails

Con. Never received the documents. Am going to sue them.

Paid for title deeds, no acknowledgement email, no reply to my query (twice). I complained to PayPal and they didn’t respond to them either so eventually I got a refund to my account.
A total scam, don’t use them!

As per the previous review "This site has somehow linked to HM Land…" charged £24.99 for Title Search on neighbouring property..received nothing. Told they had sent emails..told attachments were included in the emails..Nothing of the sort. Again..thought i dealing with the HMRC site i had previously accessed..DO NOT USE>

BEWARE of absolute SCAM, they charge £99 for a £3 document i realised just in time. Please make sure you go direct to land registry. These companies should be struck off.

They charge nearly 1000% more for the same title deeds info you can obtain for a fraction of the cost by going to the proper government website. They pay google to have their website to come up first in search and it's misleading. I tried to cancel my order minutes after making my mistake, and they take your money and ignore you. They have no integrity...shame on them.

I ordered an e-mail copy of a title and plan, paid my fee, got an acknowledgement but NOTHING I had paid for, so am getting my credit card provider to reverse the transaction (I hope!). The website looks great and promises service in an hour; that was 3 weeks ago. The cost was at least 5 times that charged by HM Land Registry itself. This has taught me a lesson. .

Ripped-Off ... thought this was the official site but paid more than six times that charged by the official Government website. In my opinion sites like this are run by con artists and should be shutdown by the regulators.

This shower of fraudsters should be avoided at all costs! It's a total scam from start to finish. You're made to believe that they're the real Land Registry when searching the web. I was charged £107.94 for something, I found out subsequently, that the real Land Registry were charging £6.00 for. Even then, I didn't get what I asked for, ie, the Register came but no plans. There's no way of contacting them to complain as there's no telephone number, and all my emails were rejected the moment I hit the 'send' button. How these people are allowed to get away with it is beyond belief! The only question is "Why is this county's Fraud Squad not doing something about it"?

I am embarrassed to say that I was conned into using this site when I thought I was on HM Land Registry, tired at the end of a long day. As with all the other reviews I have now read this is essentially a scam site DO NOT USE, as you will get precisely the same information from Land Registry for a fraction these scammers will otherwise charge you.

This is nothing more than a scam. You will be charged ludicrously more than the official Land Registry site will charge. When talking to a Land Registry office member of staff, she sighed when i told her who i had used, and said it was an easy mistake to make. I'm surprised that they are allowed to get away with this. I would have given them 0 stars if possible. Don't be a fool like me, make sure you use the official Land Registry site. The people who run this site should show some self respect and get themselves a proper job.

this is a complete scam that manage to get you in by pretending to be an official website. I lost £20 to these guys. They didn't respond to my email, and somehow managed to get the paypal dispute case closed! DO NOT USE

I didn't get what I paid for and after 2 days I requested a refund on my debit card through the "UK banking Debit card chargeback scheme" which protects you from faulty goods, or non delivery of goods. To be fair they refunded me in full in about 6 days.

Complete scam, do not use. They promised a drainage report that showed manholes etc in my property charged me £112 and sent me a freely available report showing sewers going up the middle of the road, nothing specific for my property at all.

Scam. In fact I suspect that Land Register was compromised long time ago. Messy, unlawful, fraud. No trust.
