Absolutely dreadful. Didn't see these reviews before I logged on. Filled in details for request and paid the money which was at the bottom of the page so did not see the red notice that there was a problem. Still took my money. Attempts to get it reimbursed has not received any response despite 2 requests on their online form.

yes they are a bunch of crooks took £49 pound to search and get my house deeds sent me an email saying my house was not registered i already new this and all i had to do was put my post code in and it told me it was unregistered if i cold i would give them 0 stars, they cant email me again i have blocked them ps i already put my post code in and found out my house wasn't registered and thought if i used them they would register my house my for me and should have reimburse my money if they could do nothing for me lawyer is doing it for nothing no payment at all

Same old same old, took payment but not received an e-mail or any documents. How do you report this as it must be a scam.

Rip-off company. Took my money and didn't send the document. Use the official gov site!

If only I’d read the reviews first. This company took my money and supplied documents from other properties. No refund. All I got was a couple of plans of my neighbours properties. They can’t get anything connected to your deeds. Better off going to gov site and pay £3. I can’t get a refund out of them.

Trying to deal reasonably with a potential difficult boundary dispute with a neighbour "squatting" on a small piece of my land. Worked through HM Land Registry docs for 3 quid a pop. Thought this lot would do proper searches as detailed in website. Paid £89.95 plus VAT for one detailed boundary search and £50.95 plus VAT for the historic deeds on my house. Within the hour I just got the 3 quid docs as pdfs that are easily available at the Land Registry. On a Sunday? Yes I have been ripped off. Beware of this rip off outfit. Go direct the HM Land Registry and ask for their help Don't use any of the on line scammers. Totally dishonest people and should be shut down by action fraud.

Terrible company, total scam, paid £40 for info on the house next door despite giving them the full title number. Completely unapologetic. Got the correct info from gov. Uk for £6 in about 2 mins. Do not use this shower of amateurs. Be warned!

Thought I was on Gov but I wasn’t paid 19 quid plus processing fee and not even received the title register that I paid for. SCAM do not use - major embarrassment and regret of not spotting the mistake! I’ll be logging a dispute with my bank and have blocked my card.

I wish I had seen the reviews first. I had thought I was on the Gov website, the logo appears, and it was only when I received the confirmation email from Deedflow that I realised I had purchased documents from the wrong website. I now feel doubtful I will receive any documents having seen all these terrible reviews and have alerted my bank to ensure no further transactions take place. If I do not receive documents within 24 hours I will go legal.
I checked Companies House so also have the information as per the previous review. I will however complain to Companies House and U.K. Land Registry as they are being misrepresented by this company and will take steps to blacklist this site if no deeds arrive. Watch this space.

Really Bad - don't use.
They have taken my money January 2020 and not delivered the report nor provided me with a transaction ID. Telephone number 01515282228 leads to whoever hanging up. Companies House has 10 appointments to the name of Roy David McKee. Very concerned about this and looking to take this matter further.

Just have a look at the other reviews as well! Land Search Online or "Deedflow" who take the money, are a very poor company to deal with. It is impossible to communicate with them, except for your initial order. Their follow-up customer service is completely absent. I had to put up with a paper, none-digital map/deed for one title.

I asked them on numerous occasions for a VAT receipt for the payment that I had made and they just blanked me. I found their postal address through Company's House but they just ignored my letter. Best of luck trying to find a telephone number! Why won't they send me a receipt? They gave me no reason so my question still hangs in the air. What's going on?

Make it easy on yourself and don't deal with this company.

Beware! If you've not searched for land information before, use Land Registry.Gov NOT Land Search Online also known as Deedflow. The google search is just under official Land Registry and draws you in using free land information. Expensive and only respond to cancellations after they have sent information and taken money to then say its too late as service provided. No telephone number.

Appalling service. I paid specifically for a Roads and Alleyways report to determine if a road was maintained at public expense. Received a copy of a property register, no plan to go with it, nothing like what I asked or paid for. No customer services number.

Rubbish service, CS Land-Search-Online didn't follow my instructions on a land search. They wanted to charge £10 for a further search. The service is slow and customer service has no clue.

Totally Useless do not use.

I needed a copy of my property lease as an owner ie the landlord stated that the roof was my reasonability very unusual so I needed to check the lease and paid £19.95 to get a copy of the lease. What I received was a document that had been photocopied many times and was total illegible totally useless.
I challenged Land search on line to be told that’s all they have on record. I did not pay to have a document that I nor anyone else could read.
Total waste of money and a rip off.

The most expensive way to get your Title deeds and plan ended up paying £41.88. There are cheaper ways to get your deeds, at the time I thought it was the HM Land registry it seems a lot of companies masquerade as HM Land Registry charging way over the odds for quite poor quality copies of original documents.

Go elsewhere or to HM Land Registry directly - much cheaper.

An utter shambles of a company! Paid for a set of deeds for neighbouring property and got sent deeds for one across the road a few doors down.Told them wrong property and then got deeds for a property at the opposite end of the country!!! Scotland to South of England. I even marked on a map the desired area then received a document consisting of 6 lines, it's all they could find. Have since managed to find what I need by myself, pages and pages of information. Do not waste your time and money using this company.
