Another good experience with Leep customer services. They sorted out my credit payment and change in direct debit efficiently. The lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful.

I would like to leave a review for Will and our phonecall today but not Leep in general. Didn't really get anywhere via email but all resolved on the phone to Will today - very helpful and efficient. Leep in general are hard to deal with, bills are unclear, charges seem to be plucked out of thin air - it is unfortunate that buildings in Salford are forced to use this provider.

Can't open the cover to get an accurate reading . So been paying over for the whole time ive been with them . Very lucky if you can get to speak to anyone . Never get replies from emails either

Although the wait time before the call was answered was a bit long, the customer service person I spoke to (Will) was very helpful and resolved my issue smoothly. The online account is also easy to navigate. I was pleased with the services received.
