Used this company yesterday the chap that did the job was very professional and polite. The job entailed opening a locked door and replacing Lock Cylinder and the mechanism called the Gearbox. The labour was £120 which I thought was a bit steep but I kind of expected it. The High Security Cylinder was £85 and the Gearbox was £155 he gave me a £24 discount the total with the VAT was £408 for less than 1 hours work. I later looked on line I found the Cylinder price from Yale was £30 and a Gearbox at skrewfix about £25. Total rip off.
Update 16/6/21.Did what they told me to email Clare and I got a reply saying send my post code so they could investigate further. Well i did as they asked (twice) and as I suspected have had no further communication from them. I am going to see if I can get any advice from citizens advice.

Excellent service. Prompt pickup on calling, appointment made easily. Text sent to advise of change of tradesman. The locksmith called to say when he'd get here, and apologised for running a bit late, which wasn't a problem for me. Very friendly and efficient guy, did a great job, left the door and lock as new.
