The best service from Mircea our locksmith who helped us with an eviction. He was there before we arrived and got everything done in under 30mins. He even followed up when we had an issue with someone trying to get in afterwards. Highly recommend this professional service. 5* would give Mircea more if we could.

George the locksmith came to my home within 30 minutes of my call to Locksub asking for help because the key had snapped off in the lock of front door. He was very polite, quickly assessed the situation and advised me of my options. When I chose a new lock he fixed it without any fuss or mess. Totally unsatisfactory service from this Agency and the Locksmith that came out to my aged mother. Unable to fix a stuck lock, doesn’t answer calls or messages to say when returning after a week has passed. Mother 85 and unwell, locked in and inaccessible so very dangerous situation. Agency manager will not call me after I spoke to two separate operators. Disgraceful.
Update. They contacted me but solely to pay me to get review removed. No thought of resolving my issues!

Avoid this company. Always will call you first and give unreasonable quote. If you don’t accept it then will tell you to F off, that you have been blacklisted with all locksmiths and that you should look for Polish or Romanian company. Rasists. All other quotes were twice cheaper that they quoted. Always get at least one more quote from someone else.

Quick,efficient and helpful...couldn’t open my new door he managed to get it open with no damage and nothing to do with lock..but sorted the door so it now opens properly..😀
