Have ordered several glass pieces from Lookah and WOW! They’re amazing! The amount of crafting that goes into each one has left me speechless. The customer service is PHENOMENAL! Had a piece arrive damaged and they immediately sent out a replacement, even allowed us to keep the damaged one without needing to return it.

In a world where companies will do everything they can to rip you off, it’s so refreshing to find a company that does care. Lookah will always be where I buy my glass pieces from, and I highly encourage you to do the same!

I bought a product that was defective out of the box and after sending two short emails to a Lookah rep, I had a brand new one In the mail. They’re customer service is honest and they right their wrongs.

I purchased a seahorse pro and loved it immediately. Then came time for tips, I tried a few from Amazon, all junk even the replacements lol. To get a good tip I bought another seahorse then came tip time again. So I figured I better go directly through lookah, purchased the type v my favorite, go figure the ones I get are doa not faulty like the Amazon ones. Anyways I reached out, explained everything and lookah took care of me and then some! Customer for life!

Incredibly prompt and helpful customer service! Had an issue with a piece I bought and they took care of it right away! I even sent the email late on a Sunday night and was contacted before 6 AM. Monday morning.

I been using Lookah for about 8 years now. I recently had an issue with some quartz tips I purchased (first issue I've had) I reached out to support, not only did they replace the faulty box but they sent me an additional box as well!! Great customer service and great products!!

Amazing company! Ordered a pen and it wasn’t working, they sent out a new one at no charge to me right away. They have a huge selection of dab pens and rigs that are super awesome. Already making my next order, I gotta get that seahorse dab rig!

Over the years I have purchased numerous items from lookah, I have absolutely loved each device I have purchased with little no issues other than regular use ware, I recently purchased an item that was defective out of box, i took to the warranty process and it was so quick and so easy, lookah has been very responsive and replaced my item immediately upon receiving proof of the defect, THANK YOU LOOKAH:))

I am a very happy user of an Ice Cream, a Swordfish and a Python. Lookah also offers a very good replacement parts program. I bought the Python after I broke the Ice Cream. And now that I have the new part for the Ice Cream, it's back in service. I'm a committed customer.

I just have to say how impressed I was with the customer support I was given by lookah online. I recently purchased a seahorse from them and I love love love the product. I was disappointed when it randomly stopped working and was showing an error code. Thankfully I still had the receipt, the box and the warranty. I simply followed the instructions online and submitted my request for review. After a couple emails back and forth they offered me an upgrade to the seahorse pro plus and I got to choose the color. I can't wait to receive it and get back on that horse again. Lol buy from Lookah. They stand by their products and keep their customers satisfied. Thanks again.

About the mini dragon egg I've been using Lookah products for like I don't know 7 or 8 years and maybe 10 years, I got that bum mini dragon egg but they're sending me one out I just sent them a quick ton of video you know it doesn't power on and I didn't have to do an RMA but yeah typically there's stuff works pretty good and you know this was simple it wasn't a big hassle

Customer service was so helpful and kind! They were direct with instructions and very thorough! Best customer service ever!
