I recently booked a fly/cruise/Grand Prix package.
It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.....even before we left the UK!!
No boarding passes for the airline
No boarding passes for the cruise ship
Quite simply no information at all.

All the information I received, was at the last minute or too late.
All in all - chaos, stressful and an experience not to be repeated. Sorry, I can see all the lovely, positive comments on here....but this was our experience :(

I have to say that Hayley was extremely helpful and she did her best to get things sorted out for me.
I will be taking this up with Love it, Book it.

Well they did not explain the added charges of tips on most item purchased at plus 18 0r 23 dollars a time, and it would also have been good to have a total out line of an invoice to out line the ports to visit.

Great communication about the choice of cruises with quote provided in a timely fashion. Good advice given bearing in mind we haven’t been on a cruise before.

Booked with this company for the first time and received a good service. I did have a number of questions and Becky listened and answered with clarity. When checking availability she noticed that the web site was not showing the true picture and apologized on behalf of the company.
