The first leg of our cruise was absolutely amazing (OMG what a ship MSC Europa is), and the second week has been just as wonderful. We are now enjoying our final destination in Barcelona, including our accommodation and the Formula 1 Grand Prix, and we are having the most incredible time.

Every aspect of the trip has exceeded our expectations. The cruise, flights, accommodation, transfers, and even the location of our F1 seats have all been absolutely fantastic. Most importantly, the entire process has run so smoothly from start to finish. Every booking, flight, transfer, and reservation has worked exactly as planned, making the whole experience completely stress-free.

I would also like to acknowledge that during our initial email communications, I was probably a little difficult to deal with and more than a little cautious. Having never heard of LoveitBookit before, and with such a significant amount of money being sent to a company on the other side of the world (Australia), I was naturally concerned about whether everything was legitimate and whether I could trust the process.

Looking back now, I can honestly say those concerns were completely unfounded. You and your team have been professional, responsive, and reliable throughout, and you have delivered exactly what was promised. The holiday has been everything we hoped for and more.

A cruise offer was received via my email which sparked my interest and accordingly I contacted LoveITBookIT and was put through to a cruise specialist by the name of Mr John Hull to assist with my enquiry and I was very pleased with his pleasant manner, coupled with concise oratory information in answer to my questions, which ultimately led to a booking.
This was my first time of dealing with LoveITBookIT which turned out overall to be a good experience.
My only gripe was that the company does not except American Express transactions which did annoy myself somewhat and the feedback given was that the companies accountants did not like the fees imposed by AM which is quite farcical really considering they pay fees for operating via the TV etc.

This is the second time we have booked using Love it Book it, before we booked everything on our own until we found the great deals they offer. This year after using them for a Japan cruise we have booked a med cruise for 2027, I checked around and could find nothing near the deal offered, Phoned Olivia and as before received great service and she was happy to change a couple of things we asked for, on our previous booking any queries were dealt with promptly and everyone is so friendly - our go to travel agent now!
