Loved the make and quality of the Chesterfield sofa. One thing I can suggest is to remove the materials that have been discontinued from their website. I had to spend another 10 days to change my selection. I didn't have any issues with delivery as well.

I wanted to buy a sofa a bit different from what i usually brought. After looking at different well known companies i decided to try something different and found saxon sofas. i requested different samples and selected style of sofa i wanted and i was able to choose something different and something i really wanted. my chesterfield was a great price, they even resent my sample just before to check i was happy with it. They delivered it within 6 weeks and put it where i wanted in my living room. I'm over the moon with my sofa and will definitely buy my sofas from here again in the future.

Can't fault the customer care . Sample order arrived within 2 days . Had a few queries so phoned up and had all my questions answered . Read the reviews so decided to visit the sales showroom . Ordered 2 couches , they were delivered on the date stated , delivery team phoned to make sure we had good access as they are quite big , delivered and unpacked , took away all wrapping ,and they are beautiful . Can highly recommend.

From the moment I decided to order two sofas, I can not fault the service I recieved. I asked for material swatches to be sent and they arrived promptly. I then continued with my order via phone and the product knowledge and helpfulness from the staff was exemplary.
Pre the order arriving I was contacted both by phone and email to confirm the completion date of the sofas, and then subsequently to arrange the delivery date. I had to postphone the delivery on two occasions and this was completely acceptable by the company, they were very understanding and arranged a date that did suit me.
The sofas were delivered at the time and date arranged.
The two sofas have been hand made perfectly, and I am very pleased with both the material and style I chose.
This company is excellent and should be proud of their fantastic staff and service.

Very helpful from start to finish.Very keen to ensure I had made the correct choice of fabric and colour before they started work.Kept the finished article in storage for a couple of months till I wanted to take delivery.
Pity they dont do recovery work to make other pieces of furniture match. I feel they are missing an opportunity there.

Easy to order, good quality comfortable sofas. Customer service is good and the delivery team were great, especially as our sofas needed to go up a tight staircase.

This is the second Saxon sofa I have bought - the first was a leather chesterfield 4 odd years ago.

Their products are fantastically well-made, very competitively priced and the service all the way through is fantastic.

I would 100% recommend this company they are a total delight to deal with – Very friendly on the phone and via e-mail, answered all my questions by return – The quality of the product is exceptional and the whole family just love it – it is a total talking point. Delivery was also spot on and the delivery drivers were very pleasant.

We bought two Hampton sofas from Saxon in September 2014 after lots of time spent admiring them on the website. The service was great, as was the delivery and they're stunning. Everyone who comes to our house comments on them, they really do look beautiful. Unfortunately, they've never been very comfortable to sit on, and this problem has got worse over time. We're not big people, but the seat cushions are always a bit flat (even though we follow all of he care instructions to the letter), and they're creaky when you go to sit on them already-they just don't feel very solid. We don't spend much time in the room they're in-maybe just an hour or two in the evening, but already I can't sit on the sofas because they give me a bad back-I end up sat on the floor! So my honest review is that they're beautiful, the service was wonderful but they're just not comfortable at all. I really regret buying them now, but don't think anything can be done because we've had them almost two years.

From the day we ordered our chesterfields on line having only seen them in a magazine advert, we had nothing but excellent service from Lovely Sofas. We were kept updated about the progress so we knew exactly what was happening nothing was too much trouble even when we requested a change to the style of feet and the addition of scatter cushions only a couple of weeks before the delivery date. Delivery was faultless and was carried out by two very personable gents. They asked if we had been to your factory before placing the order and on reflection it might have been advisable to have done so. We would have been made aware that the seats on the sofas are quite high and not the kind of foam that you sink into! The scatter cushions are also not very soft. Thus said, they look good and we are becoming used to the firmness, perhaps we had spent too many years with extra soft furniture! Our thanks to the whole team for excellent all round service. Very helpful when ordering over the phone. The delivery department contacted me because I was concerned that the 2 Hampton Chesterfields I wanted to order might not fit through my door. The gentleman said they would - and they did .... so saved me the expense of having to order bespoke sofas. I was kept up to date with my order and sent a piece of material from which my sofa would be made (after the initial swatch). The delivery arrived on time with extremely polite delivery men who even helped my husband to replace our front door.
My only disappointment is that the seat cushions are not reversible - they have a black material on one side ... I'll just have to be careful not to spill anything! On the whole excellent service and two super sofas. Thank you.

Not wanting to trust a speculative purchase on line we travelled up to Bolton and received excellent service from the show room staff and the quality of product on display exceeded expectation. The bonus of being able to view the manufacturing process also underlined the skill and attention to detail by the craftsmen and women.
Our only reservation is that we would have preferred the fabric to have totally surrounded the seat cushions to enable us to turn and rotate them to maintain shape and even the wear.
Nevertheless we are delighted with our two sofas and received many favourable comments

we replaced two existing leather chesterfield settees with two fabric settees from Saxon
initial turnaround time almost blocked the sale but in the event the product belied the wait
notable features are the build quality - decent wood, high quality fabric makes for a firm seat for all
size specification makes a difference and the room now benefits from a neater arrangement of two classic sofas

Very friendly and helpful company. Live in another part of the country to the showroom so could not visit - bought two sofas online. Staff extremely helpful sending colour swatches to help us choose and answering our questions. Kept informed of the sofas being made - even sent another swatch to confirm that we were happy with the colour and fabric when they were ready to upholster. Well informed about delivery slots and timing on the day. The drivers were brilliant bringing the sofas into the house - very patient and polite. Have waited a couple of months before placing review to enable us to judge the actual sofas - they are excellent and would certainly recommend this company.

The process for buying our sofas was very easy. Lovely sofas' staff were clear and concise with very good communication through the delivery process so you knew exactly what was happening whilst the sofas were being made. The sofas themselves are great, very comfortable and well made!

We had a fabric Chesterfield, which is great and colourful for our family room.
No reservations about recommending.
