London Transport Museum Shop Avis 

Ordered 2 posters, all from the 1920s/30s and they came within a couple of days and are superb quality,I love them!
Special mention to Jake in Customer Services, but they don't seem to use Trustpilot, so won't see them!
Just about to order another for a Christmas present.
They cover so many places and destinations, such a good idea if you have friends or family who like the art deco,art nouveaux period, as well as modern ones and decommissioned real signs!😍

I ordered a scarf, however sadly the package arrived empty with the contents and packaging missing, however no tampering so I believe a simple warehouse problem. Jake from the Museum Shop Team replied swiftly and worked within 5 days to have my issue resolved by choice of a refund or replacement, I was very pleased with his customer service. I believe the other reviews might be overshooting their disappointment. Highly recommend as you can rely on these people.

Sadly wanted to buy a collection of London transport mugs but it’s not a real proper collection any more because they do not do the Waterloo and city line any more ? a huge historical line yes small but just as important.

New online shop prices have rocketed and so they offer an introductory 15% off. E.g. boxes of socks have 2 pairs less than they did and have gone up around 20%

Now, I got the moquette fabric by the meter of the former A Stock (Metropolitan Line and former East London Line if you know) online and delivery was quite fast and when it got to my home, I was delighted by the quality and the size of the fabric and how I can make my own things with it such as a headboard for my bed with spare to make other thing with it.

If you are a fan for all things London Underground or trains in general. Then this is the place!

Wij hebben de Hidden London tour gedaan bij Moorgate.
De twee gidsen zijn enthousiast en weten veel over deze metro te vertellen.
Jammer vonden we dat je niet veel spectaculaire, verborgen delen van de metro te zien krijgt. En je loopt maar een heel klein stukje langs een afgesloten stuk rails.
Alles bij elkaar valt het tegen.

Really pleased with my order, a piece of furniture. I was particularly impressed with the courier they used as they contacted me a couple of days before delivery to confirm the date and time that they were planning to drop the item and check this would be convenient. The item itself is lovely.

Visita recomendada en el Covent Garden, si eres un apasionado de los transportes este museo no te dejara indiferente, muy bien explicado (en inglés por supuesto) y muy bien cuidado. Grandes piezas de colección, especial interés en los autobuses clásicos de dos pisos, lo único a destacar es que se puede comprobar con facilidad que la mayoría de las piezas llevan años sin arrancar, eso lo convierte un poco en cementerio de elefantes, pero en general una visita muy positiva.

Whilst I didn't expect it to be as big as "The Depot" I was disappointed by the size pf the Museum and the number of the exhibits

Purchased glasses case which turned out to be faulty after a few weeks , communication with museum shop was excellent. They replaced the case and dealt with everything in a lovely friendly manner . The best customer service I have come across in a long time.

Ordered a London Transport sign from them, order taken and confirmed. Then checked my credit card statement and four days later they had refunded this, no communication or information provided.

I placed an order early December, weeks went by with no update despite me emailing a few times. I finally early back early Jan and I was told that part of the order was out of stock, I asked for that to be refunded and for the rest of the order to be sent out as it was a much delayed Christmas present for a relative. I was told I'd receive a refund for the delivery charge due to the lateness, however 20 days and 3 emails from me later, and I'm still waiting...

Will never order from them again!

Part of my order arrived water damaged (which sometimes happens with overseas orders) and customer service was EXTREMELY helpful in getting a replacement out to me ASAP. I am very grateful to them for their help!

On moving into our new house, we decided to treat ourselves to a moquette upholstered bench. (Elizabeth line, in case you were wondering!) it was a big purchase for us - the prices for furniture aren’t cheap - but we decided to go for it. And boy are we glad we did. We were originally told 10 weeks for delivery - but in fact it arrived in just 6. The order process was smooth, and manufacturing partner (PR Home) made the delivery seamless - even switching things around to fit in with our availability on the day of delivery. The bench looks stunning, and is just beautifully made.

Struggled to get upstairs to buy an item as i have a bad knee at the moment. Went to pay cash and was told we do not accept cash at this till. Told to go downstairs, as my knee was hurting i did not make the transaction.

I purchased a decommissioned sign over 6 weeks ago which I still haven’t received with no explanation from the shop. I’ve tried multiple times to get in contact with them but to no avail. As it stands they have £500 of my money and there seems little I can do to resolve this.

Placed two separate orders within a few days of each other. Although both the items I ordered eventually arrived the orders were transposed so I was unsure about the items dispatch. One item arrived while the site still showed it as processing, actually it's still shown as in processing. I completed the contact form asking for confirmation that the order for both items had been received, processed and dispatched then I waited, in fact I'm still waiting. I don't know what their idea of an acceptable period within which to reply to inquiries is but it doesn't correspond to mine.
On the plus side the items arrived in good condition and I'm happy with them.

The prices are very expensive. Very expensive. Whilst they give discount admission for low income families, they certainly will not be able to afford the items on sale.

Surprisingly disappointed with the LTM Shop. I ordered 4 items on the 4th of February and as of today I have only received 1. I have emailed the support twice over the last 2 weeks and have not had a single reply.

A hard lesson learned, but if you're not going to actually send my order the least you could do is provide a refund. Or better still, actually RESPOND to emails! (# 2000170400)

*Updated* LTM did get back to me after waiting 2 weeks by which time some of my order went out of stock and had to be refunded. Told there was an error on their side. I got most of my things in the end but definitely a disappointing experience.
