just spoke to mason about resellers packages and I must say this has got to be one of the first company's since I started selling iptv that have a great customer service that is a rarity within this service. needless to say im now fully signed up after sleeping on it and its the best decision so far : thanks for being patient its appreciated :)

I have been with LT close to a year now and it has done nothing but grow from the until now and I for one am looking forward to what’s to come in the new year.
Customer service for LT customers and resellers is the best about.

Going Places
I've been with LT since the early days and what can I say they have come on leaps and bounds since then. Never have I used a service before with such drive and focus. I get updates all the time saying they will be bringing apps out for this and apps for that. I used to think it was all talk but they have kept every promise and delivered. Always there to help and tickets are answered promptly. I will be renewing when this sub comes to an end

I have been trying to get a decent/reliable IPTV service for the last 5 years i have been with Lt Television for a Year now and have to say that Lt Television is **Phenomenal**.
I have managed to save a lot of money from CUTTING THE CORD this year thanks to joining Lt Television and im looking forward to this year's subscription as the site is just getting Bigger and better.

As a former reseller i can tell you they constantly change things like no more free trials like many of the other services out there. and YES i too have had customers down for more than 3 days also the company tries to strong arm you into buying more credits to sell as well as cut you off even with credits still available and there email response is pure arrogant (if you do not believe me just ask i will forward so you can see for yourself) they take the money and run .... you buy a dozen donuts but can only eat eleven ....YOU cant eat the last one til you buy another dozen and its never there fault when the service does not work

Hi Raoul, Im really sorry that you are experiencing such, you did however, purchase our reseller starter back which the terms and conditions are clearly marked, please see attached url: https://www.lttelevision.com/terms-conditions/
As was explained to you on ticketing, we expect resellers to always have credits in their account and use the profit made from the product we enable you to sell to re-purchase credits, moving forward this enables you to run your business efficiently. I can also confirm that we have had no downtime apart from yesterday which was for 35 minutes whilst the server company added additional hard-drives to enable more TV catchup on our system.
Please also understand that there is a very clear difference between a reseller and a customer, our "customers" purchase an annual subscription once a year and receive full customer & technical support where as our "resellers" are expected to do just that, resell the product and that being said, abide by our terms and conditions which clearly indicate that it is your responsibility as per our terms and conditions to ensure your account is topped up at all times.
On a final note, might i add that we did send several emails to you which clearly outlined a countdown of service suspension should you not topup your account. The original email was sent to you on 02/01/2019 11:51 which clearly advised you that your credits were running low.
As a business, we do not provide residential customers with a reseller panel unless they are certain that they want to resell our product. You are a reseller and the rules are in place for everyone, very rarely do we have people who break this rules because in essence, it continues to make you money moving forward.
