Our policy does not allow for standard exchanges, so changing an item to a different color requires the original item to be returned in accordance with our return policy and a new order to be placed.

As per usual, I had to return the item due to the colors on the vase, not being as pictured on the website. If accurate photos cannot be posted, then it might make sense to include color information in the lacking *product description*. This is definitely my last purchase. I’m not taking yet another chance!

Ordered a rug & received it damaged. They sent a replacement rug that I waited two months for that arrived damaged and dyed. Clearly had been used. Very surprised at the customer service and quality control.

Poor delivery and overpriced
The art took over two months and there was no way to track it. Delivery came with out notice after delivery attempts. Had to pick it up myself from FedEx because I was not home and needed sign. The art was poorly packaged but not damaged. Definitely feel it was overpriced for just a print.

The table was delivered with out proper…
The table was delivered with out proper screws to connect legs to the top . The color was very different than pictured on line . It is more yellow than white . It also has black dots on top of the table which is not ok !

Tiny wallpaper swatches
I ordered wallpaper swatches. They were tiny 6 inch by 8 inch rectangles. Not even large enough to see the whole print. Usually wallpaper swatches are 12x12 or 12x18. Disappointed, and I still can't decide.
